位置在市中心但是不在码头,离主要清真寺步行大概1-2公里。但是对面就是苏丹纪念馆,还有庆典广场。腿脚好的话可以住在这里步行到市区景点漫游。当然,文莱本地人完全不在路上行走,他们百分之百以车代步,公共交通也几乎没有。这家酒店最好的是晚上提供shuttle服务,提前预定,7点出发9点返回,送去加东mall下车点,下了车可以逛mall和加东夜市。完美解决出行问题。酒店设施比较旧,但干净,床品舒适。
极少写差评。但这家酒店,确实没法写好评。首先,所谓豪华房,因为临街,且窗户老旧,所以极其吵。晚上汽车的声音,早上5点祷告的声音,听得一清二楚,完全无法好好休息。 其次,房间内所有床单被罩都是潮湿的,睡觉时非常难受。我必须每天睡觉前花20分钟把床品都熨一遍,才能缓解一些。我把问题反馈给了前台,没有任何回应,只告诉我要打开空调。但完全无用。至于服务,礼宾部、早餐,还有印度餐厅的每个员工都很好,前台某个戴眼镜的员工,从始至终一脸严肃。住过那么多国家的Radisson,这家是最差的,没有之一。总之,如果你对住宿和服务品质有要求,我不建议你选这家酒店。亮点是印度餐厅味道不错,早餐虽然种类少,但是比较精致。如果你对餐厅有要求但是别的并不在乎,可以试试这家。哦对了,我的床铺上还有两根头发(打开被子后发现的,在床单上),不知道是谁的,也不确定是不是就没换过床单。

地理位置确实不错,很中心,楼下有两个夜市。清真寺、商场、博物馆都在附近。门口停车位不多,如果停满了,会有小哥帮忙代客泊车到远的停车场。
房内设施非常老旧,像三星级酒店的标准。但优势就是在服务,有24小时的客房用餐,不加收服务费,价格挺合理的。前台也是有应必求。还有一楼有健身房和SPA馆,SPA馆价格略高,但环境不错。
这家酒店的位置、服务和硬件都很过硬,床品和卫生尤其让人放心,虽然有小的改进空间,但完全不影响整体体验——如果是来这座城市出差或旅行,我会毫不犹豫地推荐,甚至自己下次来也会优先考虑这里。综合评分可以给到4.5星(满分5星),特别适合商务人士、情侣出游或者对住宿品质有要求的游客。
这次入住体验远超预期,完美诠释了“宾至如归”!酒店位置优越,交通便利。工作人员热情周到。酒店的早餐也丰富美味,价格每人22文莱币。整体来说是一次非常愉快的住宿。

位置得天独厚,去市中心著名景点步行可达,虽然设施有点年代感,但服务很棒很加分,给人宾至如归的感觉,酒店还有每天三趟免费去往购物中心的车,在酒店订去往机场的车25文莱元也很方便,价格也合理,值得推荐。
首先,文莱之旅,提前在携程上发现和选择的丽筠酒店!位于正中心,旁边就是中华学校, 从走近酒店前台就立刻感受到工作人员真挚的笑容和热情!在此感谢其中的一位前台人员还能用基本的中文沟通! 其次,配套设施齐全,房间很宽敞,我住的房间窗外就是城市地标景观之一,很nice奈斯! 还有热闹的夜市。 电视频道有中文,早餐丰盛也有筷子。 总之,入住文莱丽筠酒店感到非常满意和开心! 最后,坚信中文和中国传统文化会在越来越多的国家和地区普及!感到非常自豪!

这家所谓的五星级酒店,在隔音、卫生、服务三个最核心的方面全线崩盘。
1. 办理入住后,第一间客房的床单上就有明显污渍。我们当即要求更换床单,结果housekeeping下班了只能换到第二间房,卫生标准令人质疑。次日早上的自助餐厅,竟然有苍蝇在飞来飞去。
2.酒店的房间朝向清真寺和主马路,结果就是双重噪音轰炸:整夜摩托车与汽车声,以及凌晨五点准时开始的清真寺祷告广播,导致我们整晚无法安睡。作为五星级酒店,如此基础的隔音都做不到。
3. 服务推诿,公然撒谎,毫无诚信。面对无法忍受的噪音,我们尝试沟通换房。前台人员直接以“没有远离清真寺的房间”为由搪塞,明显是嫌麻烦不愿解决。更令人气愤的是,事后我们从携程平台获悉,酒店竟单方面声称“已与客人沟通解决”。请问是在梦里沟通的吗?这种公然撒谎、欺骗平台和客人的行为,彻底暴露了其服务管理的混乱与失责。
综上所述,这是一次彻头彻尾失败的消费体验。我们损失了宝贵的休息时间和度假心情。建议大家谨慎选择,以免重蹈覆辙。
