Arrival was traumatic. Property was poorly signposted and unlit so I drove past. The forecourt was so dark I had to use the light on my phone to get from my car to the door. The man who checked me in gave hurried and unclear instructions and did not take time to answer my questions or show me how things worked. The room was clean but shabby, with some wallpaper beginning to peel. The toilet was cramped, the shower only ran at one heat setting and the hairdryer was broken. The bed and the breakfast were ok so I could sleep and eat but overall not a pleasant experience.

Cosy hotel
The stay was relaxed and comfortable with a flexible approach to checking in which was appreciated. Rooms are cosy, and the hotel was quiet and perfect for sleeping in.

The hotel was lovely. The room was comfortable, with a lovely view over the garden. Breakfast was filling.
传统英伦风格的建筑，很有英国特色。适合旅游商务出行。虽然门口不是很大，昨天晚上灯光欠佳，但符合英国的文化传统。早餐不错！
这里很有家的感觉。唯一比较特别的是我入住时没人在。多亏了其他客人的帮助，我们才看到钥匙上贴着我们的名字和入住卡。晚餐可以按需提供，而且非常美味。早餐是免费的，也很好吃。床很舒服，床单也很棒，房间也很舒适，而且很安静。
设计感很强，也很干净。

距离伊利大教堂和旅游中心 10 分钟步行路程，距离火车站 15 分钟路程。早餐很好，天气好的时候还有美丽的花园。
