以色列预订酒店请注意逼坑：我们预定的是2间豪华双人房，但每个房间都只写了一个人的名字，没想到酒店前台说如果是住2个人必须再多付一份房费，即使夫妻也得这样。我们解释在中国携程平台预订，双人房写一个人名字是能住2人，其他国家也可以，另外平台没有备注说明双人房必须写2人名字。酒店根本不接受解释，说这是以色列的规定，必须遵守。我们电话携程，客服态度非常好，一直在想办法同酒店沟通、帮我们想各种解决方案，但酒店态度强硬，房间里想多住一人必须增加费用1100元，考虑到我们入住已晚，每个房间可以优惠掉300元，被我们拒绝，僵持不下时携程建议我们先补差1600元住进去，后续她们和国外负责酒店预订的第三方协商，再帮我们申请退回一部分费用。回到上海，就收到携程信息，一共退回900元，等于每个房间自己补贴350元，携程还是给力的，好评！房间设施比较旧，有阳台能看到海景不错，但对于我们晚住进去，一早就出发的人来说升级海景房意义不大。

非常好，唯一美中不足的是浴室没有另一扇门，这样地板就不会被弄湿了，早餐很棒，有游泳池，服务也很好，尽管门卫一开始取笑我们，告诉我们可能没有房间，可能是因为我们的穿着而且没有行李箱。但其余部分都很好。房间很漂亮，非常干净，其他工作人员也很周到。我推荐它
酒店很棒，房间宽敞，还能欣赏湖景。特别要感谢接待人员 Malka Hava，她热情周到，在我们入住期间提供了很多帮助。
这是一家非常高档的酒店，舒适度和清洁度都极佳。餐饮一流，客房可欣赏加利利海美景。大堂设有宽敞的工作区。
