酒店就在atocha大道上，离火车站步行距离。出行便利，全程在马德里就没有搭乘公共交通，步行到皇宫半小时。
附近有家欧尚旗下的超市，两层，路口有24小时营业的麦当劳。
酒店设施新，厕所面积很大，双床的床不大，好在不是紧紧拼一起的。
洗漱用品味道非常香
茶包丰富，除了茶，还有可可粉，咖啡是胶囊配奶球，住了三晚，没有补充过。
房间的玻璃瓶可以去走廊尽头的机器灌水，有冰水，冷水或气泡水，自选，环保也方便。
前台旁边有柠檬水罐子🫙，每天罐一桶出门，毕竟买水1-2欧还是挺贵的。

因为地理位置优越所以选择这家酒店但入住几天觉得不太舒服，卫生状况有待改善，广告中有酒店停车场但只是公共服务且收费较高。值得表扬的是停车场里的收费员很厉害很耐心为你泊车（因为停车地方实在是太小了）
酒店位置好，atocha车站、普拉多博物馆和丽池公园都在走路10分钟以内，索菲亚王后艺术馆就在马路对面进去左手。房间卫生可以，没有放拖鞋，打电话要了，送过来是夹趾头的拖鞋，穿不惯的建议自备。装修风格不是我喜欢的，比较昏暗。早餐25欧，东西一般。附近有家武功牛拉面很不错。
房间里我非常喜欢，尤其是主色调红色和背景画非常符合我的审美，西班牙马德里红丽笙酒店是艺术家的杰作，非常建议旅游和商务人士入住体验
早餐有点无聊……每天都是一样的食物，这方面可以改进一下。
这简直是一场彻头彻尾的灾难。千万别住这里。
这家酒店，委婉地说，很奇怪。黑红相间的内饰能让任何人在入住两小时后抓狂。
前台员工一开始给我们安排了一间双床房，但我们预订的是一张大床的高楼层房间。当我们终于被换了房间时，他们却说这像是我们得到了一个“恩赐”般的升级。结果根本不是那么回事。新房间的淋浴设计很奇葩，水直接流到地板上。我们只好再次要求换房。他们又一次告诉我们，这又是对我们莫大的恩惠。好吧，这次的房间总算有浴缸了，水也不会流到地板上。但这个房间里竟然没有拖鞋和浴袍了。他们还说我们现在拥有“豪华”的窗外景色。所谓的豪华景色，就是对着隔壁楼的一堵墙。感觉他们就是在故意刁难我们。早餐没什么可吃的。一大堆面包，主菜只有鸡蛋和培根。房间里的冰箱不停地发出恼人的噪音。房间一点也不舒适。一切都非常奇怪，非常奇怪。隔壁大楼有夜店，音乐震耳欲聋，客人们吵吵嚷嚷。千万别住这个地方。这家酒店的性价比低得离谱。差评。
酒店地理位置好，就在火车站步行10分钟不到的地方，周边比较热闹，房间不大，酒店对面是家夜店，我们住在靠近的那侧，晚上太吵了
不推荐大家选择这家酒店。因为晚上实在太闹了，应该是旁边是迪吧的缘故吧，持续闹到早上七点。酒店房间不提供牙刷和拖鞋。而且办入住的时候明确告知需要一间安静的房间，前台告诉我，他们每一间房间都很安静，我真的是很无语。总之这个价位信价比很低，我反正不会再选择这个家酒店
