About 4 weeks ago we stayed at the Golden Crown Hotel in Nazareth. It was a family vacation with our children and grandchildren - 3 rooms. The rooms are reasonable, the breakfast is good, but... We had a serious problem with the bathroom. It seems that the shower has been renovated at some point and the flooring inside the shower is rough anti-slip tiles. The bathroom tiles are completely smooth. When you shower, water from the shower goes into the bathroom and wets the floor, which becomes even slippery. Because of this problem, on Friday night when I got out of the shower and even though I spread the foot towel on the floor, I slipped on the towel which was also already wet. I flew with all my body weight with a huge thud onto the floor and then under the sink. Needless to say, from that moment we could no longer enjoy the vacation and what we had planned to do. The pains were strong and the suffering great. Worse than that, the hotel and the management of the hotel-chain didn't really care about the situation. We were promised that they would come back to us from the hotel to check what was going on with us, and that didn't happen. We contacted the CEO of the hotel-chain, who after two weeks got back to us with a promise that the matter would be taken care of and "we will have a positive experience". And since then, despite repeated appeals to him (by phone and email), there has been no response. As if they don’t care at all about us, their customers nor the situation. With such attitude, we will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it!!! The hotel and the management failed in a big way – having such a problem in the bathroom and in their attitude towards us, their customers.
