酒店回复: Dear Haim,Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback and for the high rating. There are a number of workers who are new immigrants for whom the hotel is a job and livelihood opportunity despite their lack of knowledge of the English language.I apologize if the issue caused you discomfort. We will be happy to host you again soon.

There are thermostats in the rooms, but don’t bother to use them. The room won’t get cooler than 23C (73.4F). They’ll send someone up when you complain, but it’s a waste of time and they know it. It was just too hot to sleep. The pool closes at 5:00, so if you want to swim between sightseeing and dinner, you’re out of luck. We are at the hotel two nights and ate at the hotel both nights. Seems to me the cooks never ate a gracious meal and probably never opened a cookbook. The first night vegetables and meat were drowned in bbq sauce. The second night, a slab of smelly duck along side mashed potatoes, probably the least appetizing dinner I’ve ever seen. I really wanted to like this hotel. I couldn’t.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels ever. Very friendly staff and exceptionally maintained. Pool is fantastic (warm). We will definitely come back.

We spent two nights at the hotel earlier this week, and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel has just recently started taking guests again after serving as home for displaced people from the north for 14 months. As a result, they've done a thorough cleaning and rejuvenating job to get the place back up and running. The room was super-clean and comfortable and everything worked fine. The hotel is only 25 years old, but looks and feels like a mansion built 100 years ago. It is really majestic on the outside and very comfortable and grand on the inside. We got a great rate (for Israel--everything is relative) and we were upgraded to a large garden room with a view and a balcony. The hotel is literally in the Birya Forest. The grounds are beautiful. There is tons of inviting space both inside and outside for lounging around. We spent a lot of time both driving and walking in the forest. Everything is green and the wildflowers are in bloom. Because the hotel is just getting going again, the dining room is not serving dinner yet. The breakfast buffet is terrific and has a huge variety of food. We had a great dinner at Bat Ya'ar and a light lunch at The House at the Edge of the Landscape (lousy translation) just outside of Amuka. Both have terrific views and are fun places. If you are looking for a few very relaxing and enjoyable days in a unique hotel and in a great location, I highly recommend Bayit Bagalil.

I was recommended by a friend on this hotel for a nice quiet weekend. Actually me and my wife wanted an isolated hotel to log out from routine and we wanted if to be a quality hotel. In general the hotel is beautiful and has a unique Galilee design. The rooms are very spacious, and clean . Bed and all amenities were to our satisfaction. Breakfast is nice, though it can be better regarding a nice boutique hotel. Theres a big and free parking at the hotel. The pool is nice but a little small. Overall experience was very good and satisfying. ❤️

I have just come from a very stressful visit to Bayit Begallil over the last 3 days. We booked with central reservations for half board on friday and saturday night and paid accordingly. This was confirmed when we checked into hotel. Saturday night the restuarant was closed and no explanation was given. We told to order from lobby but this would not be available until after shabbat at 8.30pm. I am diabetic and cannot wait that long. No help, no assistance and no explanation. No offer to pay back the half board just rudeness from all staff, apart from the Restaurant manager who was very sweet. No manager wanted to assist. Rooms are dangerous with unmarked steps in rooms and bathrooms

I've had my eye on this hotel for awhile, because of the spectacular location, views and absolute quiet. We booked one of the largest suites, which had a huge balcony, private pool and hot tub. Lucky for us, because we basically hid in our room the entire time. That said, the hot tub had things growing in it, the door handle broke off and there was such a bad sewage smell in one of the bathrooms, we couldn't even go in there. Absolutely no facilities here. The main pool is small, and surrounded by concrete. Plastic cups and water. No clean up at all. The "Spa" is a couple of treatment rooms and two lone steam rooms up by the pool area. Food was a bit worse than an industrial wedding hall. Nothing fresh, whatsoever. Cakes were frozen. Bread, (how is this possible in Israel?) was stale. Warming trays of mush served at dinner. NO food service at all during the day, anywhere. We made sandwiches at breakfast, good thing, cause we would have starved otherwise. On a better note, the staff was friendly and did try to help whenever we had a request. They dug out a yoga mat (stained) from somewhere and brought us ice whenever we asked. It's really a shame someone doesn't invest just a little bit of thought into this hotel, since the location and grounds are quite special.
