房间面积够大，非常大，设施稍显陈旧，当地人说是德国人开的老牌度假酒店。
2月的时候俄罗斯游客非常多，大部分都是全家出游，小孩子特别多。不建议情侣过来，适合带小朋友的家庭。
餐食没有特别之处，有些单调，像食堂欧洲版，我们去外面吃的超市买了很多零食和饮料。

小孩非常喜欢。娱乐活动很丰富很好还有VR。餐食一般般，基本上都是白人，黄种人很少偶尔见到个别中国人。鲜榨果汁偶尔才有。
水上设施，适合各个年龄段，酒店比较大，餐食还可以，性价比比较高，距离海边走路10分钟。几乎都是欧美人度假，没什么亚洲面孔！
人生的第一个差评给这个酒店，歧视中国人严重！说给我们升级房型，结果安排在全酒店的最角落，阳台外全是空调外机和汽车主干道，房间里一股霉味，送行李的追着要小费，给了还嫌少！半夜还有人在隔壁敲门敲了一个多小时！酒店前台完全无视我们的所有需求，给的三张房卡都开不了门！简直离谱！好在携程还是靠谱帮忙解决问题！避雷！避雷！避雷！
服务、员工和食物都非常棒，我推荐这家酒店，因为住在这里您会得到三倍的享受，而不仅仅是一倍。
水上乐园很棒，排队时间稍长但好玩。房间的隔音隔热都很好，每个区域都有一个独立泳池，睡前关掉空调一整个晚上都很凉快，稍有不足的是空调噪音很大，房间里有些蚊子但没有配备灭蚊器。自助餐厅有3-4个，种类还是比较丰富的，但口味谈不上好。

酒店整体非常的大，我们住的一楼的房间，整体的环境比较干净，但是我们刚入住的时候，在厕所的洗手台上发现了好几根头发，房间整体光线偏暗，餐厅的食物不好吃，在室外活动的时候能看到工作人员一直在打扫，这个酒店非常适合带小孩去，玩各种游乐设施，离酒店自有的沙滩比较远且人多，要么坐接驳车过去，要么走路过去

-无线网Wifi非常的弱，慢的很，刷手机看不出图片，吃饭餐厅无线网经常断
-整体来说，有部分员工从面部表情给客人感觉很累，不喜欢他们的本职工作和没有耐心少许有些敷衍. 算不上什么专业的服务行业人员，说的笑话很尬
-酒店没有指示牌告诉餐厅地址，可以考虑二维码的酒店地图加上定位
-房间里的电视不是智能电视
-餐厅种类非常的多，但并不好吃. 很多菜品都是水蒸和口味过于咸
-晚上也少了些dj跳舞活动或者一些好看的电影
-鲜榨果汁可以升级一下机器，炸出来的果汁太多泡沫
-冰淇凌可以考虑movenpick种类和鲜榨果汁放在一起
-不用那么餐厅或者种类，可以集中一下美食和酒吧，之后提升一下味道和口感还有新鲜度
-统一一下员工制服
-宵夜餐厅有好几个，但是他们会把剩菜剩饭放在一个地方，也不算是什么宵夜
