还不错，位置很好，赫尔格达的海很好看 酒店地理位置不错，房间也还可以。餐食也不错。一半上古沙漠一半是海
酒店的设施一应俱全，无论是餐厅、娱乐还是休闲，都让人感到十分便利。特别是对于带娃的家庭来说，这里的一切都显得那么贴心。服务人员的态度让我印象深刻，他们不仅对孩子充满了热情，还会时不时地逗弄孩子，让孩子们笑声不断。
可能是因为季节的原因，最近酒店的人并不多，这让整个环境显得更加宁静和舒适。我们在这里住了三晚，每一晚都有不同的体验。更令人惊喜的是，除了我们一家外，其他住客几乎都是外国人，这让我们的旅程增添了一份新鲜感。
最让我满意的是酒店可以直接通往海滩，这让我们省去了额外的时间和精力去寻找海边的乐趣。

订之前看到了一些关于酒店区别对待的评价还蛮担心，但是入住后整体觉得超乎预期。
1.最开始房间空调坏了，修了两天还没修好，我们申请了换房，酒店很快速的响应并且给换了房间。后来我们遇到酒店的工作人员，还在热情的问我们空调是否修好。
2.因为临时的行程变动，和酒店沟通了是否可以退一晚房钱，酒店也非常配合的退了费，也感谢携程的客服可以辛苦的跟进。
当然也有美中不足的地方：
1.不知道是不是这个季节的原因，酒店蚊子巨巨巨巨巨多！特别是近期有出行计划的话，一定要带好防蚊相关物品！当然也可以找housekeeping提供驱蚊水。我家孩子第一晚上光脸上就被咬了16口，两只手也都被咬肿了（我们还打了半宿蚊子，打死了5只！）。
2.我们订的三餐全包，可能长期在阿联酋生活久了，对白人饭也稍微有了些适应，但其实吃到第三天的时候也实在吃不动了。所以中国胃可以选两餐，适当出去吃点儿海鲜调剂下（酒店全包没有海
鲜）。
总体来说还算可以，娃也玩儿的很开心
前台服务很热情，酒店可以看到一半沙漠一半海，酒店很大，泳池也很大，景观有海引入酒店跟泳池连城一片的造景，环境超级好，而且玩的设施很多，最主要餐厅好几个，还有中国餐厅，餐厅里头还有中国人，这个酒店对中国人超级热情～
小姐姐微信，这边基本都是用WhatsApp，在国内忘记下了，国外下了收不到短信验证登录的，这个小姐姐有微信，添加了沟通事情就很方便
房间设施陈旧，被子很差，很不舒服，但是房间外面一切都很好，玩的项目很多，很适合带小朋友出行，正是暑假期间欧洲人很多，而且都是家庭出行，所以人很多！
三餐自助吃到撑，服务差不多是埃及top级别了，房间非常干净，海滩美爆，每天晚上各种表演，我妈说这是她在埃及旅行最喜欢的一个地方，总之非常适合休闲游
这家酒店不适合坐轮椅的人士入住，房间没有为轮椅使用者配备相应设施。浴室里没有扶手，淋浴间有很高的门槛，酒店里的坡道也太陡了。
太棒了，没有任何不满。
