This hotel engages in racial discrimination and prohibits Chinese from dining: The hotel restaurant operates on a reservation basis, with reservations opening at 10am. We arrived before 10am and were already in line at the reservation desk, with only four people ahead of us. However, the manager informed us that the restaurant was fully booked and couldn't offer us a dinner. Later that day, we met our German friends and they told us they managed to make reservations for the same restaurant even though they arrived the reservation desk at 11am.

很棒的一家酒店,有表演,洋溢着欢乐的度假气氛。酒店很大,人也比较多。室内装修属于比较新的。和旁边的酒店通着,游乐设备也很多。有两个餐厅是预约制,需要用code自己用手机提前预约,入住以后记得和前台要你的code。
海景房和海还是有段距离,树木遮挡很多,房间里看不到海,站在阳台上能看到一点海
一价全包,在酒店吃比较方便,自助餐整体不错,早餐挺好,早上有鲜榨果汁,甜品丰富。
这个价位的酒店,很惊讶的发现房间和国内4,500的标间差不多规格,说不一定还没那么好。
不太建议全包,因为你会发现吃的很难吃….
泳池喝花园景色还是很美的,满园的花在阳光或夜晚的灯光下极美。
致命缺点是服务真的是对亚洲脸有歧视,走进餐厅服务员明明看到我们但是装作看不到径直走掉,但对白人热脸相迎。各种微妙的区别对待…
这间酒店是当地旅社朋友给推荐的,因为价格和我在开罗和卢克索定的酒店比起来便宜太多,1200人民币3人一天,包含三顿餐,还有水上乐园,但携程差评一大堆,最后因为无法退,抱着开盲盒的心态就只能入住了。总结来说,如果带老人和孩子那确实非常值得,这里就是一个超级大型度假村。下面分几个部分评价。
1. 五星的娱乐活动,这是一个埃及本土集团,连着一大片不同的名字但都是同个集团。这间酒店palace和隔壁的水上乐园连通着,沙滩、餐厅、水上乐园全部都可以共用。因为度假村特别大,活动很多,可以玩水上乐园、下海浮潜、参加沙滩活动包括练瑜伽、尊巴、排球,每天晚上中庭8:00开始都有活动和表演。且不说演的质量如何,但因为酒店人流量特别大,所以活动非常饱满,适合睁开眼睛就出去玩。
2.四星的餐饮,酒店餐厅非常多,也非常大,每天4顿饭,即便不在吃饭时间也可以喝饮料,吃小吃。评价里说海鲜餐厅订不上,这点特别不理解,个人觉得,自助餐厅那么多为啥非要定海鲜餐厅,能做出啥。餐厅特别适合老人和小孩,很友好,各种吃的都有,楼上楼下可以串着吃,小朋友吃完跑了玩一玩还可以再回来拿吃的。关键退了房在酒店等待期间还可以继续用餐,在吃饭这个项目上,这个酒店是真不吝啬。
3.三星的住宿条件,住宿条件是真心不行,就是国内农家乐的住宿水平,房间很小,设施老旧,下水不行,厕所设施很老旧。解决办法是热情地对待housekeeping,每天给50-100埃磅小费,他会帮你通下水,给你较为崭新的床单和毛巾。加床是免费的,但超过年纪入住要加钱应该是要付饭钱吧。
4.最后说说差评里说到的歧视华人问题,我住了3天,没有遇到这个问题,感觉还行呢。酒店的客流量非常大,欧洲老年团每天大车大车的来,年轻人也是以家庭为单位出现,我判断大量人都来自俄罗斯和乌克兰,加上老人居多,对国人很友善。

这个酒店在赫尔格达有好几家,名字稍微有点不同,打车不要报错地址,携程上显示的是正确的。这类酒店在赫尔格达遍地开花,都是包吃包住,这家设施有点旧了,尤其是烧水壶是塑料的,烧水有一股子塑料味道,想喝茶或者热水的朋友,建议自己带保温杯,各个餐厅都有热水供应。每天早上10:00开始就有各种活动开始了,真的丰富多彩,建议要订就订两天。吃的东西虽然不限量,但不怎么好吃。 吃得饱是肯定的。 果汁,酒水,咖啡,奶酪,水果,牛眼肉,虾,汉堡都有。 酒店边上还有大型水上乐园,酒店客人凭手环(check in的时候会给你带上)免费玩。
这家度假村太棒了,我们住了三天,体验非常好。酒店设施一流,有私人沙滩、温水泳池、每晚都有表演、排球等等,应有尽有……
卫生状况极佳,非常细致周到。食物美味可口,所有员工都非常有礼貌,乐于助人,尽力让我们住得舒适。我们肯定会再来这家度假村的。🙂
多数是欧美亲子家庭,若带儿童的亲子游住这里我特别推荐,要定一日三餐,保证满意,小朋友可以玩的很开心,傍晚还有儿童节目。若不是长期度假,只是到红海水上项目就没有必要住这种类型
设施:酒店有很多餐厅,自助餐厅和预约餐厅,有人反应说预约不到海鲜餐厅,是有可能的,其他餐厅也不错。
环境:我对环境和配套很满意的,虽然我不喜欢下午太阳下暴晒去泳池,但我喜欢早起的日出和日落后的沙滩。
服务:小费习惯是现在埃及服务员所期待的,我建议是,若你满意他们的服务,一美元左右是可以的。他们会很开心和积极。也会得到更积极友善的服务。
没有歧视,只有速度慢、效率低,服务员很热情,因为中国游客少,所以见到中国客人,会过来秀“你好”,酒店海边有珊瑚礁石和鱼,可以浮潜。泳池很多,滑梯什么的孩子玩的很开心。餐食别跟国内比,能吃饱。一价全包很省心。卫生分没有给满,一是因为屋内厕所偶见小小蚂蚁,二是海鸟会落在景观位的椅背上,我自己心里膈应。
选了靠近主楼的位置,吃饭非常方便,这家我们来住了两次,整体感觉很休闲,不拘束,服务也非常热情,退房时居然还有个打分机制可以给各个部门打分。
海鲜餐厅的鱼比自助餐厅美味,强烈推荐,摩洛哥餐厅也很有特色,唯一不足是整个酒店只有一处可以取到冰淇淋,而且开放时间有限。
避雷针:酒店大厅的taxi极贵建议用app自己打车,酒店大厅北侧最深处的小店店主超市100镑的黑茶报价600镑给我们惊呆了
下水非常不方便,总是波涛汹涌,酒店也已经很旧了,设施陈旧。令人欣慰的是食物美味且种类繁多,排球场很好,海边的披萨简直是神来之笔,水上乐园也不错。
这家酒店存在种族歧视,不让中国人吃饭。请诸位同胞谨慎选择。酒店餐厅为预约制,早十点开放预约,我们十点前就在预约台排队了,前面只有四个人,结果经理告诉我们已经约满了,不给我们安排。后来我们同住的德国朋友告诉我们说她们十一点去预约都预约上了。
