我们一家人（2名成人和4名5至16岁的儿童）于2025年7月13日至17日入住这家酒店。酒店坐落在埃拉特市的入口处。抵达后，我们受到了热情的接待，办理入住手续也很快。我选择额外支付费用，以便入住带私人泳池的客房。抵达后，我们惊喜地发现：宽敞且装饰精美的房间，摆放着一篮水果、一瓶葡萄酒和绣有酒店标志的精美毛巾。这些小细节让我们感到无比欣慰，让我们感觉自己是尊贵的客人😊。酒店的外观建筑精美绝伦，具有东方风格，带有一些小亭阁，让人联想到摩洛哥的麦地那。酒店充满异国情调，魅力十足，维护良好。优点：酒店门前设有免费停车场。通过智能手环（无需磁卡！）进入客房：非常实用。理想的全包式服务，泳池周围设有酒吧，提供饮品（包括瓶装水）、果汁、鸡尾酒，以及儿童无限量冰淇淋。酒店整体清洁度比其他全包式酒店好得多。餐饮种类丰富，品质上乘，提供早餐、午餐和晚餐。酒店设有多个泳池，其中一个是室内泳池。室外区域环境宜人，设有多张躺椅和床铺，可供您放松身心。酒店可直接通往附近的水上乐园，那里有老少皆宜的滑梯——这绝对是一大亮点！需要改进的地方：其中一间客房的浴室通风系统发出很大且令人不快的噪音，而另一间客房则没有这个问题。私人泳池的梯子不稳定，扶手固定不牢。尽管酒店已报告问题并迅速进行了处理，但问题依然存在。令人遗憾的是，维修工作未能持续下去。泳池周围的床垫没有垫子。这真是太奇怪了：我们最终只能堆放毛巾，或者把房间里的垫子拿来休息……在这种情况下，如果能做出简单而合理的改进就更好了！ （见图）非常感谢酒店工作人员帮我解读了我的信息，并就此做出解释。最后，酒店离市中心有点远：最后一班免费班车下午6点出发，所以如果晚上出门，只能自己开车或打车。总而言之：这家酒店在法塔尔集团旗下的其他酒店中脱颖而出，尤其体现在它的建筑风格、配备私人泳池的可能性、优质的接待服务、干净的环境以及整体的舒适度。我们一家人在这里度过了一段美好的时光，我强烈推荐这家酒店！

We will never come back to this hotel. These are the reasons why. - Location - far away from the seaside, so many garbage outside. - Parking - far away from the suites. - Overcrowded on weekends. - Dark public spaces (lobby, dinning area, bar, etc.) - Tiny gym. - Messy rooms (one day our room wasn't cleaned at all, fresh towels and toilet paper!!! were lack). - TV did not work. - Queue to the dining room. - Low quality beverages. No fresh juice. - No barrister. - Only 4 slides were working in a Water Park. - Pool opens only at 9 a.m. - Couldn't find any water cooler at night.

Rooms are very small, just 12sqm for a family of four, no desk, no chairs. With a view to the parking lot Recently painted, but otherwise, neglect and disrepair. They've hung the tv, that either children or parents, can watch tv, but not together. Food quality is mediocre. The staff is generaly nice, with a special negetive mention to eti, from the back office. She has yet to master the principals of costumer service.

The hotel is very unusual and authentic comparing to "average all inclusive for families with kids". The suites are great, comfortable and authentic. You have both a nice swimming pools inside the hotel, and free entrance to Water attractions park outside. The food is cool, they somehow manage to make meals "thematic". Just for example, by arrival we had a dinner with dishes reminding "fast food chains" but with 5* hotel quality - the kids were absolutely delighted, but we were worried that this is a constant style. However, already a supper was completely different - with an emphasys on fish dishes etc. In short, you will not regret choosing the place for your vacation

It's used to be our favourite hotel .we came in hanucca and it was very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, dogs wandering everywhere without belt, doing their needs. The food needs more coocking and the . stuff not nice or helpfull

The hotel crew is mostly nice and very helpful.Food is diversed , plenty, for each kind of taste, its fresh and besutifully served. The only thing I reallybdisliked was the un cleanliness of the public areas, the ways to and from thebrooms, and the rooms themselves. Need immediate cleaning, including the bathroomarea.I stepped more than once on toe nails , hair was evertwhere, bad sheets stained.Its a pitty because otherewise it eas a lot of fun for adults and kids

A perfect place for families, a high-level all-inclusive hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained, Indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and more. the food is varied, fresh and delicious. The staff is very helpful. Highly recommended.
