很有欧洲古典风格又不失时尚，周边很繁华方便。里面木质电梯，一楼的大厅卫生间颇有一番小心思，有旅游咨询，前台帅哥帮忙订了妈妈咪呀的票，帮忙预约出租车，喜欢这家，下次应该还会再选。
位置很不错，就在gran via上，地铁去哪都房间。
服务一塌糊涂。酒店餐厅有位服务员严重zzqs，态度极其恶劣。房间隔音很差。房间内有小虫子，我被咬了十几个包，跟前台反馈前台坚持说我是过敏了🤣
我们订的是一间带沙发的床，照片上也是一个双床房，最后给我的是大床房，和前台沟通之后说如果要双床房要等，最后妥协说住沙发，说给我们铺，我们出门之前还和前台说了一声，结果并没有铺…
位置非常好，就在格兰大道上
酒店环境很古典，在酒店内拍照就很出片
reception服务态度很好，会进行关切的问候，很温暖
酒店就在Gran Via 大街上，马德里最最核心的地点。周围步行街，商圈林立，美食餐馆众多。房间舒适，还赠送了迎宾香槟，很好的酒店。房间稍微有点小而已，老房子嘛！

电梯是古董，房间超小，不透光，前台服务不热情，不会再入住
市中心的酒店，非常干净舒适，房内设施齐全，拖鞋瓶装水准备充足
