设施比较新也算干净，服务很好，有求必应，位置虽然不再市中心，但就在地铁口，去景点也很方便，旁边还有个家乐福，非常方便，但是门口对面的咖啡馆服务和食物都不太行。
一切都非常完美。我预订的是单人房，但免费升级到了行政房。员工们都非常冷静且有礼貌。我的入住手续是由豪尔赫（Jorge）办理的。他非常谦逊和友善，所以我在这里特别提一下他。
位置很好，步行两分钟就能到地铁站和公交车站。
我向他们要了熨斗和一些绿茶包，因为房间里的已经用完了。他们的服务很好，所有东西都立刻送来了。
这家酒店环保又时尚，装修布置得很漂亮。房间干净卫生，空调也很好用！网络连接也很棒！早餐和餐厅的饭菜都非常美味。我受到了热情的欢迎，工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。晚上一点也不吵。强烈推荐您来马德里入住！
酒店离地铁5号线非常近，观光出行很方便。早餐种类丰富，味道也很棒。房间干净整洁，工作人员都非常友好。强烈推荐！
很不错的酒店。前台的每个人都非常友好。离机场大约15分钟。唯一的问题是房间里的WiFi信号不好，只有站在门口才能连上，房间里面完全没信号。另外，我入住的时候，毛巾和毛巾架上还有别人的头发。浴室很大很舒服。
服务一流，招待周到，房间舒适，设施一应俱全。简直太棒了。我们一定会再来的。
我们一共订了两晚，第二晚我们要求换一个房间，酒店工作人员和我们说要12点才可以空出房间，可以帮我们搬行李。于是我们按计划出门了，把贵重物品都带走了，行李也锁起来了。晚上到房间时，发现行李箱密码被动了，而且包里的东西也被翻了，还丢了一根多头数据线。幸好现金证件啥的都带身上了，出门在外还是得多小心。
简直绝了！！！酒店超级棒！位置、房间、床、浴室——一切都无可挑剔！绝对会再来的！只是前台的工作人员可以再友善一些……办理入住和退房时都感觉不太受欢迎……:(
还可以这家酒店，位置虽然不是城中心，但是附近就是地铁很方便，房间挺大的，价格也不会贵
前台Alfonso Concejo的服务很好，值得表扬
这么便宜，还要什么自行车，这个价格非常不错了，大厅也很舒服，不能入住的时间可以在大厅休息，因为落地太早了，所以需要换衣服化妆
