Dirty room smelled like pee. Toilet flusher did not work and water running. Sofa coffee table and rug filthy with nasty stains. Asked for new room with a toilet that flushed. They said no rooms available. Hmm…hallways are completely empty. And we booked only 3 hours ago. Doubt they were full. They said someone couldn’t toilet in the am (after we check out). This was more of a hostel experience.

Terrible and disastrous experience, I booked for one night...please avoid at all costs because this property is not fit for purpose because of the following: Check in procedure is extremely complicated and annoying; I had already given my credit card details when I booked with a very well known website, but the smartr rental office wanted those full details AGAIN including the 3 letter security code of my Visa card, and would not allow me to check in otherwise. Everything is automated and impersonal, there's no key to the apartment and there's no reception. the access is all with 'codes' which often goes wrong and is not secure. The door of my apartment was damaged and looked as though it had been forced in the past. I did not feel safe and secure staying here at all. The apartment itself was depressing and the view was of a dark interior courtyard or interior walls which was not very pleasant at all. The Wifi went down late at night when I needed to do important work and did not come back again until the following morning when I was about to leave to find a place where I could use Wifi. There is supposed to be a '24 hour emergency help' number but that did not exist when I tried to contact the office at midnight. Of course the photos on the description look very nice, but in reality it's not the case. Don't waste your money and stay somewhere else!

Condition of the unit was nothing like the pictures. There were metal prongs sticking out of the wall and holes with loose plaster (probably some former mount), exposed cables, pull out couch that was falling apart that kids could fall into, remotes with no backs and batteries exposed. We immediately left and booked other accomodations. They would not refund any of the five night stay (they require 3 days' notice but wouldn't even give last 2 days). Do not recommend.

这种在街上办理入住的登记系统实在太复杂了。据附近的商家说,他们看到过不少绝望的客人因此离开,即使他们已经付过款(尤其是那些手机没有网络的外国游客)。
房间里没有毛巾。而且每次打电话给前台,电话都会转接到不同的分机,导致我不得不一遍又一遍地重复我的问题。总之,下次绝不会再住这里了。
撕裂的窗帘、难闻的气味、零照明、照片不反映现实。我认为这个评级是对之前评级的补充,但 ********** 并没有说它有多糟糕。我不知道它是如何估值的。
