I was there for a business trip and it was also my wife’s birthday. I asked one of the receptionist( Jake, AKA Jake from State Farm) at the front counter to help me out with decorating the room as a surprise for my wife. Of course I supplied the decorations, and gave a few specifics instructions. Jake assured me not to worry and that he would take care of it. While my wife and I attended to our business, He decorated the room exactly the way I requested. When we returned hours later, it was a major success, My wife was completely Surprised. That made our trip and stay very memorable! On top of that the room was very neat and clean.

Came to go on the bourbon Trail. Our experience at the hotel was wonderful, spotlessly, clean, and so easy to use and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Towneplace Suites. The service was excellent. I met a worker named Cookie, during my stay, who was very nice and thoughtful.

酒店环境非常好，房间是公寓，有厨具、冰箱、微波炉，空间很大，采光和噪音都很好。

太糟糕了……工作人员很不友好……停车场在街对面，你得把行李搬过去，而且前两层停车场都被预订了，所以我们停在了四楼，然后发现电梯坏了……（不便之处，敬请谅解）哈哈……然后他们向我们收取了50美元的房间押金……然后这家“宠物友好”酒店又要我们支付50美元不可退还的押金。这在意料之中，但没想到金额这么大……玩得这么开心之后，我们去了7个街区外的一个俱乐部看表演……大约3.5个小时……玩得真开心！……我们走回去，前台工作人员态度很差，说我那只受过笼养训练的小猎犬不停地叫了2个小时，他们打电话给消防部门……我最多走5分钟就到了，但他们从来没试图打电话给我……现在我的卡上又多扣了140美元……我还会继续住下去，但总之，千万别住在这里……
