We recently stayed at the Hout Bay Manor, occupying two rooms overlooking the courtyard. The Manor has always been a lovely place to meet up with friends being surrounded by the oldish charm, and an eclectic aesthetic. However, in my experience, front of office service sets the tone for the duration of your stay, and this was very unwelcoming. There was no warmth, in stark contrast to the ambiance of The Manor. I truly hope that this could be rectified to make guests feel more welcome.

We had a lovely room, which was comfortable. The welcome was good, but i was diappointed to learn a double/queen bed was not available , we had to settle for 2 singles. Breakfast was lovely , and there are nearby restaurants. Parking was on the roadside , not within the hotel grounds, and assistance with luggage was slow or absent.

A very special place, tranquille but exciting! Attention of the staff is five star level and the rooms are furnished in an elegant mix of styles that I have never seen before. only the pool needs better maintenance and wasn’t heated as promised

Ideally located to visit all the must to be seen spots in the Peninsula. An exquisite cuisine and fabulous breakfasts. Served by dedicated and efficient staff. Enloy this place.

We last stayed here in 2022 and it’s just as beautiful. The African decoration is to die for, very well done. Good food and willing staff which makes the world of difference. No load shedding issues either. Very clean, nice area with couple of good restaurants nearby. Recommended!

服务很出色，但食物很差。餐厅有泰式菜单和欧式菜单。但是我们看到工作人员为我伙伴送外卖食品，虽然我点了泰式鸡肉沙拉，但他们给我的却是普通沙拉。当我向女服务员解释说这是一个错误时，她说他们一定是给我错了沙拉酱！！我不忍心向她展示菜单，菜单上清楚地标明的配料与我盘子上的完全不同，很明显，我得到的是烤鸡肉沙拉，但这表明工作人员不懂泰国菜。我建议他们取消泰式菜单，直到他们再次找到一位泰国菜合格的厨师。
最令人恶心、粗鲁、无能的员工和管理人员，无能的经理忽略了我的投诉，她显然没有能力履行管理职责，服务最差，而且价格过高，帮自己一个忙，远离这里，有很多地方都很友好，有训练有素的员工，而不是帮你服务的员工！
优越的地理位置，友好的工作人员，丰富的早餐，大房间。每一个请求都得到了满足。总经理 S.ra Jennifer 非常友善地满足我们的每一个要求。我们感觉宾至如归。感谢所有的工作人员
环境优美，服务却是我们这辈子遇到的最差的。我们问服务员要无线网络密码时，她无视我们，态度很差，她居然厚颜**地告诉我们应该给她多少小费，因为她现在经济困难？！她和另一张桌子聊天，显然忘了自己来这里干什么。当那张桌子的人最终离开时，人们脸上的不自在显而易见。然后她转向我们的桌子，开始用某种口音和桌子边的男人们调情。我们都知道现在很艰难，但以这种方式公开招揽顾客是低俗的，是不可接受的！
