Rooms are good with balconies but the larger rooms with pool view look better Reception staff need a rocket put up them . Zero smile or welcome and zero ‘ how was your stay ‘ on checking out . They need training in hospitality or firing ! Restaurant and staff are good Walkable to the temple

Great loction,pacefull room and wanderful food"The room was well decoreted and"the hotel staff was very frindly and helful"it was the best stay in my life and memoreble stay.hotel front office manger is very cool person and very nice swiming system and good garden.

We had absolutely wonderful experience and particularly the food was amazing. Vikramjeet, who is manages the restaurant at Sonar Bangla is amazing person. We had our lunch and in general just mentioned that we would like to have Khichdi for dinner. Though it was in the menu but he went out of his way to get Khichdi prepared and also suggested Baingan Bhaja and Aalu bharata ***** with that. It was so tasty … and more than that it was really great to talk to Vikramjeet. Wish every restaurant has at least one Vikramjeet. Thanks so much Vikramjeet and all the best to you!!

The cafe experience ***** with the music was the best . The food here was awesome - Thanks to the manager , support staff and Debnath Das, the incharge of cafe It was all over a good and memorable experience. The quality of room service was also great.

Best hotel with modern amenities One of the best place to stay in tarapith with close proximity to the Mandir with all the amenities from swimming pool to multi cuisine restaurant..well located in the heart of the city..special thanks to front office staffs and all staff for their amazing hospitality..will visit soon..keep up the good work HSB.

Service is prompt but I had a bad experience with a security who didn’t allow decent swimming costume in pool during day which already I wore in the evening time. That security said I don’t know who was on duty in the evening. So I think there is a serious issue in management who handles all these securities and is unaware what the securities are conveying to the guests. Let me know whats wrong with the costume. Same costume was allowed in the evening but not in the morning.. strange !!!

The accomodation was decent, however the food we ordered from their newly opened poolside Café was great, can be considered to have the best dining in Tarapith.
