We are staying in this hotel for 5 nights, came yesterday and when we came to our room there was so much noise from the road that is right under our windows. So sleeping in wellness hotel means you will hear the noise from cars each 1 minute, but the most disappointing thing for us was attitude of staff who works on guest reception, we asked them to help us and just to change the side of the room, but the men was shouted on me that he can not help and that he is tired, asked us to go to reception the next morning to speak with Kristina. Next morning we came to Kristina and kindly asked to change our room, but her negative attitude was even worse, she did not even try to help and told us that she can not do nothing (( We also had no wifi in room, but after they fixed it, thanks. But generally need to say that even if the hotel is nice and so many people make their best to feel guests comfortable, front desk needs to respect their guests, it is very important in any situation.

We love the pool area. We wish we discovered this when our son was a baby, he would have so much fun; moving forward, next time we come we will be coming again and discover more of wonderful Liberec.
