Beautiful Gardens Peacefull and Quiet Amazing Decor Rooms is quite small. Top Class Bedding. But a revamp in the rooms will be amazing. Food was good,very small portions for the price. Hollo is a great member to your team. ! Security very friendly ! Breakfast Times should be adjusted over wekeends. We phoned at 10h05 and asked if Buffet was still available and they said No. On arrival Milkshakes was also not a option. Room service was quick ! Overall not a bad place for relaxtion

Avoid booking this place at all costs. The staff were not helpful, the rooms were terrible, and the dinner was so average that we left without having breakfast. The gardens are beautiful and one can see they are established and must have been planted under previous owners because whoever owns this place now doesn’t have a clue.

Although the rooms where clean, they are short-staffed and the service extremely slow, which not fair on the staff and guests. The swimming pool absolutely, it rained in at the Spa. The food is expensive for what you get. It is also not very tasty. Would not recommend a stay there. Until they make some changes.

I absolutely loved this place! It’s super gorgeous, perfectly located close to town yet feels like a serene escape from everything. The facilities are incredible, catering to nature lovers and those looking for fun and entertainment during their stay. The food was divine, every meal at the restaurant was a treat, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety. The staff were truly wonderful and so friendly, making the experience even more special. I can’t wait to visit again.

We were 96 people who stayed at Shangri-La for a week. We had the most wonderful time. The kids enjoyed the lodge so much that they didn't even want to visit the local mall. The food was excellent, the rooms and bathrooms were neat and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for excellent service. It really was an experience to remember.

Wouldn’t recommend for a couples retreat
Our room had sand and didn’t seem like it was prepared properly before our arrival. Also didn’t have an iron and ironing board. They told me I need to pay one of their staff to iron my clothing for me.

我们在香格里拉度过了一段美好的时光。所有的员工都非常乐于助人且友好。他们尽其所能让我们的住宿体验变得难忘。老实说，我没法说出哪位员工最好，因为他们都非常给力。早餐真的很棒，餐厅的菜单种类丰富，菜品美味，酒水选择也很多样。
这个地方正是我需要的——宁静祥和。不过，我有点懒得走到泳池边。我喜欢泳池看起来脏兮兮的样子，但实际上它就是泳池本身的颜色。我肯定会再来这里住更久一些。
