酒店回复: We are really sorry to see that you were unhappy with your stay. It seems that there was a huge misunderstanding here. We do not have any rooms with "2 large double beds". We would thus appreciate if you could advise where you have seen this and how you got to book this. As you do not supply your name we are not sure which room you occupied. Most of our rooms however are fitted with king-sized beds. We thus also cannot understand your claim that you had a “normal double bed”.. A notice in your room clearly informed you that we are busy with a major revamp and that new TV's will be installed shortly. Because this was not in place you received a very favourable rate. The width of the stairs in our view are not substandard and the same we have found in many establishments (both local and international).
