The curtains were dirty and torn. Overall design a little dated. Pool was unacceptable conditions (moldy). We did have a sauna in the room which is a nice touch. We arrived at 5 and to room was not done yet.
Nevertheless we choose to have a good time. Location is amazing.

Horrible
We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we had to wait over 30 minutes just for someone to check us in. The elevator was out of service, which was extremely inconvenient, especially with luggage.
Cleanliness was by far the biggest issue. The apartment was crawling with bugs—spiders and webs in every corner, and hundreds of ants on the balcony. The kitchen in the “deluxe” apartment had no cooker, the cutlery was dirty, and there was no soap provided to clean anything. The air conditioner was filthy and clearly hadn’t been maintained, with dust and grime clogging the filter.
The bathroom was poorly designed—the showerhead was so low it didn’t even reach adult height. The general upkeep of the room and facilities was unacceptable.
Breakfast was awful. The food seemed old, possibly from the previous day, and we ended up eating our own. The service throughout was disorganized and careless—it appeared that three very young girls were running the entire operation without much training or concern for guests.
We also tried the spa, which turned out to be unsafe. There were broken tiles in both the pool and the jacuzzi—I actually cut myself on one. Out of three saunas, only one was working.
Overall, the experience was far below what we expected. The only reason we’re giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the location was okay and the building had potential, but sadly, it’s being very poorly managed.

Tired hotel, not what it appears.
After a 150km bike ride in 35 degree heat we arrived at 6pm. The ladies at the spa pool were super rude, no towels, offered us sheets. Our second bed in the apartment wasn't made up and we had to asl for sheets and do it ourselves.
我们订的是一套两室一厅的套房，里面有浴室和卫生间。工作人员非常友好！但仔细一看……蜘蛛、破窗帘、坏空调、两台坏电视……今天居然在转播欧洲杯预选赛——真是糟糕透了！窗户不能开，不然猫会跑来。真可惜。我们的第一印象可能有点误导……我们其实想住两晚。床垫都破了，我们明天可能就得搬走了……很遗憾，我不推荐这家住宿（虽然地下停车场里停着一辆法拉利）。
早上好：我们花了两天时间在电梯里寻找这家心爱的酒店的五星级，但电梯却坏了，我们一次又一次地坠毁🤷♀️。由于没人来打扫，蜘蛛🕷️和蚂蚁🐜正在过夜。早餐篮没有被收走，没有餐厅服务，我们不得不喝加了冷牛奶的咖啡（很糟糕）。 接待处的服务还不错，几乎没有服务，唯一会说英语的人，比我说“印度”水平的英语还差。我认为，正如之前的评论一样，如果您想好好休息几天，我应该建议您选择其他地方。
我们真的很喜欢这个设施。我们有一间豪华套房，有一间客厅和一间带厨房的卧室。套房非常好，一切都很合适，淋浴或厕所没有问题。但我们不需要一个小厨房。客厅配有大电视，卧室也有。露台非常大，可以看到湖景。我们里面没有任何蜘蛛网或蜘蛛，但外面有很多，但这并没有打扰我们这是一个自然保护区。早餐非常好，晚餐也很好。大楼内拥有自己的停车位。步行即可到达蒂豪尼，还有通往湖边的漂亮步行道。最近的较大城镇是巴拉顿菲赖德 (Balatonfüred)，开车 15 分钟即可到达，那里有购物中心和超市。是一个愉快轻松的短暂假期。
