I got a room at this location for my father in-law for a week while he was visiting from out of state. He said the staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. He also said the breakfast options were great and they had good coffee (which is always a plus for any hotel).

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless and the front desk personnel were very nice. Enjoyed my stay.
前台服务很棒，入住手续办理得很顺利。房间干净，设施新颖，住着也很舒服。早餐也不错。
唯一美中不足的是，隔壁邻居有点吵，不过大概十点半左右就安静了。不幸的是，她早上五点半又醒了过来……
我知道这酒店也控制不了。但下次再住这家酒店，我一定会确保我的房间没有连通门。因为连通门让噪音听起来就像是在我们房间里一样。
尽管遇到了吵闹的邻居，我们肯定还会再来住这家酒店的。酒店能控制的其他方面都非常出色。
我们的厕所出了问题——四个人住，每次冲水都要等5到7分钟才能重新注水，实在太麻烦了。我老公每次冲水前都得手动给水箱注水。
床也不舒服，房间温度忽冷忽热，我睡得很差。
感觉他们好像不太会及时更换干净的毛巾。要是他们能多挂几个挂钩，我就能多用几次毛巾，不用每天都换了。
总而言之，如果可以的话，我以后绝对不会再住康福特酒店了。
我们入住的第一个房间厕所坏了，我打电话给前台，她说只有她一个人上班，会安排维修人员过来。一个小时后我又打电话过去问情况，她说维修人员还没来，可以给我们换个房间。结果新房间蟑螂成灾，我们跟前台说了，然后换了家酒店。现在正在争取退款。
酒店设施和房间都很干净。但其中一间房的洗发水和护发素是空的。我每天都要求更换，但四晚的住宿期间始终没有得到补充。清洁人员说只有主管才能更换，即使我联系了前台，也依然没有结果。早餐也不怎么样。炒蛋稀得像水一样，当日肉类只有猪肉可选。周日甚至连鸡蛋都没有。
房间一尘不染，服务周到。
我会毫不犹豫地再次入住。
