I stayed at the hotel as a solo business traveler, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to highlight the attitude of the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout; whatever I asked for, they handled immediately and with a smile. Regarding the wellness area, I found the swimming pool water a bit cold, and it was a pity that the steam cabin was out of order. However, the saunas and the bucket shower were excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend this place.

We just return from our New Year"s vacation, and we can only tell great things about this place. The room, the restaurant, the wellness are all five points. The only sadness is that we cannot give more than five to the staff. They were great, polite, kind, helpful, professionals. Thanks again, and hope to see you soon! We can warmly recommend this place

The bed was greeaatt!!! I slept like a baby all 3 nights. The food was really really good and the cherry on top? The team!!! The team was spectacular. I don’t know if it’s the training or the heart of Hungarian hospitality. But I genuinely am going back!

We booked 3 nights with breakfast and dinner. The hotel is really nice, good location, close to the Cave Bath. ( we took tickets for cave bath with discount from the hotel reception). The room is big, luminous and clean. The only problem that we’ve had was the temperature in the room, was a little cold for the kid, on thermostat we could set 23 degrees but the air was cold. When you leave, you’ll have to pay the resort tax and the parking place ( just like info for those who don’t know it).
