This place was a nightmare and serious health and safety risk. There is black mould on the ceilings, most of the doors does not lock properly, the lift is a serious health risk and the stairs are not up to standard to say the least. The rooms stink, the bedding is old and the rooms are not clean. The walls on the corridor is disgusting aa well as the entire hotel. The photos is a total misrepresentation of the hotel and does not look like that At All. This is absolute false advertising!!!!! We requested our money back as we could not stay it such a horrific place and they refused stating we should send an email. We have yet to receive a response. Do not book there the place is NOT as advertised and even worse when you get there.

Very disappointing experience. Our room was dirty, the bedding was in poor condition, and we even found a dead mouse in a storage area. The water ran brown, the shower sprayed everywhere, and the aircon barely worked. When it rained, there were leaks throughout the space. The food was below standard, and the balcony looked unsafe and corroded. We were a large group and expected better treatment. Only a few staff members were pleasant. Not recommended.

We weren't expecting much and we weren't disappointed !!! We only chose this hotel because it was convenient for one night stopover whilst we visited friends who live opposite the property. The hotel is extremely tired and in need of huge investment. We had ground floor rooms overlooking the pool and gardens. The lock on my sliding patio door was broken and it was almost impossible to secure the door. The room was a good size with two double beds, but the bedding on one looked as if someone had slept in it the night before !! Bedding and towels were all worn and shabby looking. The garden and pool area was basic to say the least and there were a lot of chipped loose tiles around the pool and pathways that all definitely a trip hazard. There were cigarette butts littered everywhere. Crazy golf was very dilapidated and buried under leaves etc. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot pass comment on the food, but if their standards elsewhere are anything to go by I'm glad we didn't. Receptionist was nice and friendly though, to be honest she was the only positive we could find about the place. Don't bother wasting your money. We couldn't wait to check out the next morning at 7.30 and needless to say we will not be returning.

Only stayed one night. Hotel was clean and some staff were very friendly. Parking is not a problem. Breakfast seemed a little limited but was good enough. The bathroom is still a bit outdated with regards to the fittings etc and the swimming pool was not as clear as before. The put-put area also needs some attention for guests who will be staying longer and making use of it. It's good value for money but it needs some attention.

酒店有点偏离中心。看到预制的酒店时有一种奇怪的感觉。房间宽敞，设备齐全，干净，但相当破旧。舒适的床上用品。浴室有浴缸，但水是棕色的！网络一直断线……晚餐相当平庸，冷盘和几乎是液态的冰淇淋！所以它可以工作一晚，但不能超过一晚。
