Motel is in the middle of a residential area away from main roads or the centre of town. It is very old with a tiny kitchen area and old bathroom (door had been removed from toilet to try and make more room in a pokey space). I would guess that the motel was built early 1960’s and they have splashed some paint around to try and modernise. The motel is not manned - the company sent a code to access a locked box outside the unit to obtain the key.

Great place for the money. Not fancy but functional. Good bed and shower. Fast internet. Well off the street so nice and quiet. Never saw or needed ant staff
