离湖边很近，2分钟走路就到了最近的湖边马路，就是晚上漆黑没有一点灯，看勇气愿不愿意穿过树林
house很大，楼下还有双层床最多住8人性价比很高，距离教堂大概1km，卫生还可以，晚上乱七八糟的虫特别多开了灯千万别开门。每个楼层和房间都有室外阳台，晚上观星很方便。夜空真的很美
有厨房可以使用并且很多餐具 但是 很多餐具都不怎么干净。酒店有提供 洗衣机和烘干机但是烘干机无法产生热能。

订的时候没注意竟然有3个房间，最终我和朋友两个人一起睡了主卧，空闲了两个卧室。设施很齐全，厨房的用具也很多，但我们一直在外面玩，就没太用上，整体蛮好的，卧室很暖和。图片是二楼小阳台往外看的景
温暖舒适，设施齐全，活动空间很大。每家独享一个小别墅，一楼有电子壁炉，卫星电视（需登陆自己账户）,有独立院子和户外用餐区，二楼有一个双床房一个大床房，卫生间有地暖，并且配有洗衣机和烘干机，非常适合一家人出游
超级好，房间很大。办理入住一切顺利。离湖边很近，走路就能到。有专属的停车位，自驾很方便。前台小姐姐很nice很热情。

房间位置，设施，卫生都比较满意，唯一不满意的是服务，所以就服务给了四星，也算比较客气了，在此我不想多说，因为携程给我完美解决了，这点来说携程还是很靠谱的，但是希望携程再跟他合作必须要让他按照住客的订单操作，除此之外，酒店位置佳，离牧羊人教堂和特卡波湖很近，步行十分钟左右吧，周边风景很美，虽然第一天晚上有点不愉快，但是第二天竟然看到了粉色的天空和圆圆的月亮，日月交替具象化了，下次如果酒店能按照住客的订单预留房间，我还是愿意选择他家的！
蒂卡波湖芒特拉特酒店，大家注意避雷
大家一定留意,避雷这家酒店。我们总共在这家酒店定了两次, 第一次是一天, 结果给安排在了一号别墅, 该别墅距离主干道八号公路不到二十米, 晚上车来车往隔音非 常差, 一晚上没有完整睡眠！ 目测1, 2, 3号别墅都会严重存在这个噪音问题！ 第二次的预定 非常搞笑, 提前预定8号晚上住宿, 第一次有不好体验后, 之前的第二次预定已经无法取消了, 8号南岛全境大雨, 走八号公路的时候, 下午四点左右从南到北到达高山三文鱼店附近, 发现 已经有路政工作人员封路，告知山里面已经大雪封路, 具体开通时间未定, 因为里面雪下的很大。很 多当地车辆掉头离去, 我们在路口处等了二十多分钟, 八号公路是去往蒂卡波湖该店的唯一道 路, 路政人员仍然告知大雪，未知何时开通, 遂在4点30左右打电话给该酒店, 说明情况, 该酒店 在电话里很冷淡, 让发邮件说明情况。后4点50我们发的邮件, 并附上现场道路封闭各种图片。 一直到晚上七点多仍未收到回复, 七点半多再次致电该酒店一直无人接听。无奈之下, 我们决定南 下走83号公路, 转1号公路, 奔基督城住宿，这些都是平原道路, 有雨无雪, 到晚上十点多才到基督城。10点 半致电携程, 告知非可控原因封路造成无法入住, 携程协调两次, 该酒店竟然说是退款会造成 他们两千多的损失,以此为由拒绝退款。过程中, 该酒店态度冷漠, 只顾自己的损失竟然无法 顾及顾客的损失与客观情況, 携程全程积极协调， 该酒店竟然回复说是晚上九点多该公路通 了, 你们应该等到这个时候。这是人说的话吗？ ! 四点多在大雪封闭道路, 多次问路政都说无 法通车, 时间未定, 你这马后炮还是人吗？ 全程携程介入及时，全力协调，但该酒店依旧不愿退款，一分也不退！第二天，携程主动联系我，代为赔付该酒店预定金，因不可抗力造成的无法入住！也为携程点赞，不负信任[赞R]
出门在外，大家还是及时留意当地天气状况，多做预案，#南半球雪季 尤其是新西兰中部山区地带，包括皇后镇，蒂卡波湖等，大雪封路应该是常有的事！
没有想到商家回复前所未有的这么及时，既然这样，我再多补充几句。第一，8月5日我住过此店，一号位，紧临公路，噪音非常大，难以入睡，6号已经发邮件表达住宿体验很不好，至今为止没有任何回复。对客服的尊重放到了哪里？第二，你们回复说8号当天一直跟客户联系协助入住，也有其他客户入住，妥善照顾了他们的入住。那么请问我们是例外吗？过程中，你们没有任何人跟我们联系哦！8号下午四点左右到达封路地点，4点20左右给你们打电话，态度冷漠的让发邮件，4点50发的邮件，截止晚上七点多没有邮件回复没有电话回复！晚上接近八点我们打电话跟你们确认，电话无人接人，而且你们店在携程的客服永远是无人的状态，之前多次尝试联系。我们运气这么差，被你们忽略了，而你们也太忙当晚忙着照顾别的客人吗？对吗？第三，作为自主经营的个体，商家选择在哪里经营如何经营都是商家的自由，高风险高回报，位置偏僻不能作为博得同情甚至不退款的理由，毕竟事实是不可抗力造成的，按你们的逻辑，这个风险由客户承担跟酒店无关，那请问贵酒店有没有服务理念或者将顾客放在哪里，一方面口口声声说违规顾客利益，一方面又说的跟酒店无关无法退款，这是不是只顾自己挣钱的两面派的做法？！第四，既然你们对于这篇帖子回复这么及时，也有很多道歉，那我觉着不妨多拿出些诚意，你们酒店直接退款而不是由携程代为退款，携程已经代为赔付的部分我也会退回！有没有诚意，就看你们的行动了！
这是一间舒适的两层公寓，带车库。地理位置很方便。前台接待员也非常乐于助人且友善。它就在好牧羊人教堂旁边。如果我再来，我一定会再次入住。
酒店非常推荐，就是一个独立小别墅，一楼厨房客厅还有一个室内停车场，停车场里面可以洗衣服，超级方便，二楼两个放假，完全像自己家的感觉，走路十分钟到湖边，这价格和体验在蒂卡波湖来说没有更好的了，比酒店方便太多了。
