Everything about my experience with this property was horrible. I made reservations for a suite with 4 beds. They gave someone else the room when I came to check in. They did give me 2 rooms. I didn't stay that night because of the inconvenience my minor children would've been in another room down the hall from me. The next day we were put in 2 closer rooms. We go to put our things in the room and are greeted by to huge roaches looking like we were invading their space. I still got charged for 2 out of 5 nights and didn't stay ANY and still haven't received my 50 deposit back into my account. Horrible service, hard to understand due to accent

Rooms were musty; our initial room had 2 roaches in the tub. They gave us a new room when we complained. There were loose, moldy ceiling tiles, cleanliness was severely lacking…the only good thing we found was the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel.

One set of towels for two people.
Check in was fine, however the place looked tired and dirty. Elevator floor filthy!
Bathroom dirty, One wash cloth, bath, hand towel for two people. There were not any tissues in the tissue box. I will say the bed was very comfortable. Place needs a good overall cleaning and more attention paid to details.
