Our team has carefully reviewed all relevant camera footage and spoken with staff who had access to the areas in question. At this time, we have not found any evidence to clarify the situation. We understand how frustrating this is and will continue our efforts until all avenues have been exhausted.We also sincerely apologize that you experienced noise disturbances during your stay. Had we been informed at the time, we would have acted promptly to offer a room change or other solution to improve your comfort. Guest satisfaction is a top priority for us, and we always encourage our guests to reach out to the front desk immediately so we can take corrective action during the stay.We are sorry to hear that other aspects of your visit, such as the breakfast selection, restaurant experience, and in-room amenities, did not meet your expectations.
