Breakfast is limitied- typical complimentary breakfast- but no yogurt and the fresh fruit was oranges that looked almost shriveled.
The surrounding area had a significant homeless population and looked run down.
The property itself was newer and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bedspread and comforter in the bed had an area that was soiled and had not been changed prior to our check-in. However, my husband notified the front desk and it was changed.

The location of this property and its garage is convenient. However, a large number of high performance cars conducted races on the roof, creating a lot of noise. This was extremely bothersome, especially at night. In general, the hotel is slightly above average.

Beds were comfortable. Property in good condition. Price was fair. Room was reasonably clean but could have been a bit better in the bathroom. All things considered, I would stay here again.

The facility is downtown very close to the events we were visiting Anderson gor. Enjoyable stay.

clean comfortable place to stay
Great place to stay clean comfortable - laundry is pricey $3 washer $3 dryer …. So $6 for a load of laundry seems like a lot, but staff was great and place is really clean & new
