Sorry you felt the armchairs where not comfortable they are only 3 years old and we haven't had any other complaints before. Bed is amazing this is new so very happy you enjoyed it. Thank you again.

The reception was locked until 2 o'clock , this is over the Xmas period and a notice was on the door to indicate public holidays and when the office would be open. Staff like to spend time with their family over the break so we where running on a skeleton staff. As far as maintenance goes, any issues we would like to know ASAP. We take pride in the Motel, all cleaning and maintenance is very well managed. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in NZ and you have had safe travels.

酒店回复: Thank you david for your feedback, that's the first time in 5 years I have had anybody say about the beds, all reviews are the total opposite!. I see you slept in the single bed and as you are tall this may have restricted you a bit. I pride myself on the beds , the mattress are flipped and cleaned as of MF instructions all beds have feather toppers to help with comfort! I will look at both beds in this room but I know they have been replaced . We appreciate your feedback.

I've stayed at several Bella Vista motels over the years, and several times at this one in the mid-2000s. On arrival for my four night stay the room was as expected, clean and tidy with the usual amenities provided. When I returned for the third night the room had been serviced except that the bed had not been made. For the fourth night the room was not touched: the bed was not made (two days in a row), rubbish was not removed, towels were hung on the rail as I had left them and supplies were not replenished as they had been in previous days. The salt shaker was also empty. The motel information clearly stated that the rooms were serviced daily and included an invitation to leave a review on Trip Advisor, which I've done.
