The best service and care in Romania! Lovely hotel, staff went out of their way to be welcoming and accommodate us. Food was fresh and delicious (dinner especially, with child friendly food also available and lovely, clean highchairs x3). The room was comfortable and very clean, the spa was so quiet and a lovely treat. We travelled with a baby and a really sturdy wooden cot was available for free also. My husband enjoyed a 90 min massage after a day on the slopes too. This really is the whole package. We will definitely be visiting again both in snow season and summer hiking. The location is great with ski in/out access and close to all the trailerheads for hiking/biking.

Some parts of this hotel are good, some not so. The location is lovely with views of the mountains from your balcony, the reception and massage staff are great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is a let down. The food is average at best in the evening. Breakfast was better.
