Room was immaculately presented along with daily room cleaning! We arrived after 10pm for a late check-in, and the lights in our room were left on so we could find it easy in the dark and rain. The property was well kept, plenty of parking, and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The bathroom is spacious and great, water pressure perfect. From booking to check out, staff were friendly and amazingly helpful, and we thank you dearly. We’ll be back if ever in Tauranga in the future! 10/10

We arrived very late due to travel delays, and it was organised smoothly and so easy to quickly get into our room. The room was spotlessly clean, great water pressure, spacious and really well stocked little kitchenette. Great location walkable to endless dining options. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Clean and comfortable
We had a great one night stay at Macys before hospital appointments and it was quiet, despite being near a main road, with comfortable bedding and was spotlessly clean. The manager was friendly and helpful, all in all a great stay.

酒店地理位置非常好，就在市中心。设施方面比较普通（现在有很多设施更好的酒店，哈哈）。这次住得挺满意的。

床是双人床，是我睡过的最差的床。老实说，你们需要更新/更换你们的床。我们几乎一整晚都没睡（18 号单元）。
