We had to make a booking the day before and I'm so glad we got in here. On check-in we needed to add an extea guest and it was no issue at all. The room was clean, modern, warm and homey. The courtyard attached was brilliant as well. Highly recommend.

We had a problem I emailed and told the hotel what the problem was to help them. nothing back from them. Pretty disappointed when you try and help and don’t even get a thank you.
Plenty of other hotels to stay at.

One of my team members did see the email from ******* and followed our usual process to handle the issue right away. Quite as we had a back room, comfortable bed and good linen. Good kitchen facilities. And parking right outside unit.

We stayed in a studio apartment, which was lovely and clean. The carpet was new and clean, as was the bathroom. It was great having a smart TV with Netflix. It is short drive to the town centre, and a short walk to the supermarket.
