前台的Francisco大叔让我见识了什么是真正的热情和专业，而旁边的黑人小姐姐答应已经安排了送衣架却一直没有送。建议酒店安排Francisco给所有员工培训。
酒店位置很好，去辛特拉玩非常方便。早餐种类丰富，量也很足，房间也宽敞。
酒店坐落在山顶，位于老城中心，毗邻辛特拉宫，有停车场，位置便利。但道路狭窄。
周围有餐馆和糕点店，没有超市。
老城区的景点由于山路崎岖，分布得比较开。佩纳宫就在山顶……步行虽然可以，但不太建议。
酒店员工服务尚可。我们住了两晚，整体都符合NH酒店的标准……但如果住得久一点，他们会收取咖啡胶囊的费用。记得问清楚。
辛特拉是个可爱的小镇，里面的景点比外面更漂亮。这家酒店没有达到我住过的其他NH酒店的水准。虽然酒店位置很中心，房间也不小，但真的需要进行一次大修/现代化改造了。
酒店员工非常友善。酒店虽然有点旧，但房间很宽敞。
酒店和房间老旧，房间里有味，建议选择其他酒店

很标准的一家四星级酒店，紧邻辛特拉宫，离雷加莱拉宫步行也没多远，位置非常好，门口有酒店自己的临时停车位。房间也非常不错，设施配套都很完善。酒店的服务也很好，前台接待人员非常热情，有问必答。总之这个酒店性价比很高，值得推荐。
