Please allow us to mention that it is the team's practice to help customers with whatever they need and if there was an isolated situation at a particular time, we apologise for what occurred. When it comes to the insects in the shower, we believe they may have got in after the shower had been cleaned. About the hotel availability, customers are only informed that there are no rooms available when the hotel is actually full. The aim is to sell rooms and not to prevent customers from coming to the hotel. Sometimes what happens is that guests can check availability on other dates and it doesn't match the day's offer.Still, we hope to welcome you again at the Meliá Braga Hotel & Spa. 房间大小很合理。我住的是女王套房。房间里有浴缸、独立的淋浴间和卫生间。还有空调，床也很舒服（感觉像特大号的）。酒店设施我没怎么用，除了早餐。早餐是欧陆式自助餐，还有一个摊位可以按你喜欢的口味现做煎蛋卷，还有培根和迷你香肠。
服务非常好，值得推荐！👌

一切都很好，但并不出众——楼前停车很方便。
这次体验很棒。唯一美中不足的是早餐没有脱脂牛奶。服务员非常周到，我肯定会再次光顾。
酒店太忙，无法应对客人。
三天内，前台始终只有一到两名工作人员。处理任何问题平均需要等待20分钟。酒店客满，三部电梯只有两部可以运行，却要覆盖11层楼。平均等待时间为5-7分钟。
房间内存在诸多问题：电视需要重新设置，电话无法使用，浴室镜子需要修理，浴室托盘漏水。
天气炎热时，水疗中心和游泳池非常拥挤，因为有大量外部游客。
早餐种类丰富，非常棒。
我们抵达酒店时，期待着一次名副其实的体验，但结果却截然相反。停车场人满为患；我们花了40多分钟才在酒店外找到一个停车位。进门后，由于管理不善，我们又等了30分钟才办理入住。
泳池也同样人满为患。根本找不到一张免费的躺椅或一处阴凉的地方。更糟糕的是，很大一部分公共区域都被预订用于私人庆祝活动，所以我们什么也没享受到。
对于一家标榜自己“高端”的酒店来说，这次体验远低于预期。显然，它无法同时容纳这么多客人。我们不会再来了。
非常愉快
非常令人愉快，酒店拥有明亮而合理的布局和精心设计的主题，还有很好的水疗中心和友好的工作人员。我只是提倡游泳池、按摩浴缸和桑拿必须是住宿的一部分，在住宿期间的使用和水果方面无需额外付费。我推荐
在所谓的 5 星级酒店的令人失望的体验
我通常不会留下负面反馈，但我在这里的体验令人失望。工作人员粗鲁无礼，不愿提供帮助，经常说“就是这样”。房间还可以，但清洁度很差，淋浴区有虫子。尽管声称已售罄，但网上有很多房间可用，而且不提供延迟退房。这家 5 星级酒店感觉更像是 1 星级的体验。
