我是一名流动服务技师，经常在全国各地入住汽车旅馆，发现有些地方很相似。比如，很多旅馆都声称提供天空电视台（Sky TV），但实际上通常只有免费频道。而Bks旅馆提供完整的天空电视台套餐。（如果你独自一人出门在外，这一点很重要。）房间门口就有停车位。空调运转正常，而且很安静。淋浴设施不算好，但基本够用，而且还有一个按摩浴缸。房间每天都会打扫得非常干净整洁。我尽量不把脏东西留在水槽里，但即使有，他们也会洗干净并收好。床铺也总是铺好的，这在忙碌一天后让人感觉很舒服。旅馆主人非常热情好客，乐于助人，而且能灵活地调整行程安排。洗衣设施也很好用。从旅馆步行下山到镇中心需要20分钟，步行返回需要30分钟，但打车只需5分钟。如果我下次再去新普利茅斯需要住汽车旅馆，我一定会再次选择这里。

Great Staff, there was a mess up with the booking through *******, and all the rooms were full for the first night. However, the staff sorted me into another hotel for the night to stay. 10/10 would recommend

The basin soap dispenser was empty when we arrived and the shower soap dispenser fell off the shower wall while we were there. The electric blanket didn't work. However the staff member on reception was apologetic and very happy to help :)

Great location, clean and tidy unit. Only minor issue was the bed could do with a mattress topper to improve comfort and the pillows definitely need replacing. Would stay again.

Location to Pukekura park was perfect for us coming for festival of lights, was a 5 minute walk. Room was small but clean and had all the usual amenities. Room smelt musty and damp which we identified in the morning was due to the shower head firing water out over top and onto carpet - notified staff when checking out so hopefully fixed. Overall a good stay and would recommend if going to the park.

I appreciated the option of being given 2 single rooms when we reviewed our original booking from one room to beds to a 2 bedroom unit was misinterpreted. Person on reception was excellent. Thanks very much.
