前台工作人员友好而乐于助人。床单很好，床很舒服。但是，很多东西都坏了。电话不能用，wifi信号很弱，而且一直掉线，淋浴花洒严重损坏，浴室和卧室的几处墙壁上的油漆和灰泥起泡并剥落。卫生纸架坏了，整个房间非常陈旧、昏暗、肮脏。没有人告诉我房间的状况或所有问题。我被带到门口，就这样了。我不知道是不是没人检查过房间，或者他们认为房间的质量很好，或者他们不在乎。我不确定，但油漆剥落和起泡的情况太严重了，他们不可能不知道房间和浴室是这个样子，因为这种程度的水损坏需要几个月的时间才能达到这种程度。

Five girls on a trip! The staff were very accommodating to our requests and assisted us without hesitation when we needed to add a guest at the last minute. Breakfast is hearty and there’s a lot to choose. Location is ideal and parking / entrance area is well maintained and demarcated.

I am a regular visitor to 314 on Clarke. My daughter is a student at University of Pretoria. It's the perfect place to stay. Convenient great rooms peaceful and safe. Good breakfast.

I had to stay in Pretoria due to unforeseen circumstances. 314 on Clark Street offered me a lot more than I expected at such short notice: I was given a bigger room than I paid for, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast gave the boost for the next day. Coming back when in the area!
