硬件设施还不错,早餐太差啦,早餐在地下2层,面积大,座位也很多,很干净,但环境一般,食材一般,口味一般
这家酒店简直完美,方方面面都无可挑剔。酒店一尘不染,员工友好又乐于助人,总是尽力满足你的需求。泳池和水疗中心都非常棒,室外泳池更是24小时开放。早餐也一如既往地出色,食物品质和服务都无可挑剔。
不错的酒店,但是地理位置我觉得不够好,距离各种景点都需要打车。我们十一点到也让我们提前入住了,就是前台服务态度参差不齐,第一天服务我们的前台特别绅士,第二天就特别不耐烦~值得一提的是该酒店的淋浴特别好,冲力特别足,酒店早餐也不错,有蛋挞可以吃。
位置不错,服务极差,前台电话打不通,且态度傲慢,房间卫生到下午三点半都没来收拾,浴巾有一个大洞。
入住期间客房服务员两次不敲门就直接刷卡进房间,沟通无效。
刚入住,房间电灯就坏了,工人来修理后无人收拾卫生,地上都是墙灰,联系客服后,过了45分钟后才有人来收拾。
酒店门口搞通宵活动,汽车限行,酒店没有提前告知,导致出行不便,且吵得一晚没睡。
房间卫生有问题,通行的两个房间的人都出现过敏情况。
服务态度很好,沟通便利,早餐丰富味道很好。房间宽敞明亮整洁干净,晚上比较安静适合旅游度假。

这是我们在里斯本感觉唯一值得留恋的地方了。位置很好,英国宫和自由大道都不远。房间的设施都还不错,门童和服务人员都很负责。唯一美中不足的就是早上的早餐没达到预期,其他都很不错
地理位置:离自由大道走路10分钟,离老城区走路25分钟还可以
设施:可以看出来是新装修的,设施都较新,健身房和泳池一流,尤其是健身房是我在葡萄牙酒店遇到最好的了

服务:一流并有夜床服务!但是但是清洁人员应该在培训一下,我们两张房卡,一张还需要用来激活房间电力,但是我们玩完回来房卡却没了….我们就剩了一张房卡很不方便。并且他把我女朋友从家里带来包东西的袋子扔掉了,但是卫生间里洗手台的垃圾却没收拾😅总的来说还是推荐住的

酒店位于自由大道的上面,走去逛街很方便,但离旅游区有点距离。可能是因为我们住了两天旅游区酒店,才换到这里,觉得这家酒店非常好!方便但不过去繁杂,附近也有不错的餐厅选择。
酒店很新,大堂在葡萄牙来说算挺大的了,现代有风格。酒吧晚上有人唱歌弹琴,氛围很好!
楼顶有游泳池,可以晒晒太阳和游泳,很舒适。
房间面积适中,窗户也挺大的,可以遥看到海,舒服。早餐选择也不错,吃得舒服。
健身房在-3,是这次旅途中遇到的最全面的健身房。非常赞!
