酒店传统的管理方式使得在酒店内走动略显不便，但酒店的奢华氛围却十分吸引人。
食物和服务都非常出色。
酒店位置较远，远离波尔图市中心，略显不便。
太棒了
一踏进这家宫殿，迎接你的就是热情的微笑和绝佳的氛围。酒店设施一流，便利设施也很棒，尤其是晚上他们会把松露巧克力留在你的房间里。酒店经理维克多·米兰达（Víctor Miranda）待客热情，处理突发状况的能力也堪称一流。桑德罗、伊内斯和所有员工都非常友善，让你有宾至如归的感觉。

房间很大，非常干净。
每天都有清洁服务，晚上会来，帮你整理床铺，睡前还有茶点放松一下。
早餐很丰盛，还可以。选择丰富，还可以点煎蛋卷等特色菜。
晚上的餐厅可以做得更好。食物味道不错。但服务可以更快一些，也许可以安装空调或风扇，因为即使窗户开着，坐在那里也太热了。
魅力城堡酒店，但周边环境嘈杂。
酒店建筑年代久远，经过翻新，直达杜罗河，但遗憾的是距离市中心稍远，而且附近还有一座繁忙的商业建筑（卡车停泊处较大）。
酒店很漂亮，让我们体验到了奢华的美妙。唯一的问题是位置，预订前我没有仔细研究过。酒店提供免费市区接送服务，上午晚些时候可以到，晚上可以提早到，否则只能坐出租车。一定要下载并使用优步应用程序。它很好用，而且比出租车便宜得多。我们遇到的司机和服务都非常棒。
