It is a beautiful place, the room is fantastic. The food is also good, and everyone was really accommodating.

Water wasn't hot Shower head broken Low water pressure Bath drained very slowly so during "shower" one had to stand in 2cm deep luke warm water Most things in room seemed sticky to the touch. The breakfast was lovely.

We replaced the rooms showerheads which had the same type of showerheads and cleared all drainage pipes, also as a precautionary measure. For all points raised, the necessary steps have been taken to ensure this will not happen again, and the high standards we set ourselves will always be met. I would recommend this place to stay in or near Johannesburg. Nice breakfast and located opposite a wonderful Italian eatery.
