Excellent service received from Sandton Lodge for our Conferencing event on the 13th and 14th August 2025. From the friendly and helpful service received from Juanita, their sales executive to the dining staff, cleaning staff and housekeeping.. Great experience, will definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

First they gave an unmade room, but they did change it. But the overall stay was ok, room was clean, I just didn't like the small "bank stool" in the room, looks weird

Any positive reviews for this place is fake. I'm 100 percent sure because this place is that bad. The service here is terrible. They don't help with bags, to your room, and they barely provide information. The rooms are old and dirty. I was so disgusted I ended living the property before my stay was over. This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced

我真的很享受这次住宿，这里环境安静僻静，靠近各种便利设施，也离我所有的销售客户都很近。去约翰内斯堡旅行可不是一次愉快的经历，尤其是交通拥堵和当地人的粗鲁。感谢Rikki和他的团队，让我们在这里度过了愉快的时光。——真是温馨如家。

我在桑顿旅馆参加我组织的一个会议。工作人员在活动准备过程中非常乐于助人且灵活，并且在整个活动过程中都非常平易近人且专业。这是第二次在该场地举办活动。非常安全、私密；举办会议/研讨会的绝佳空间；有一个漂亮的花园和游泳池（因为是冬天所以没有使用）；协调良好、友好的工作人员给人一种家庭般的感觉。我唯一有建设性的评论是，第一次访问旅馆时，我的出租车司机被引导到了错误的方向，因为酒店位于一条私人道路的拐角处；与客人分享详细说明可能有助于避免这种情况。总的来说，我会推荐给任何在这个郊区寻求安静空间的人。
