But there are some topics you mentioned that are not consistent to say that this is the experience at our hotel. Please let me make things clear and this is a basic 3 star hotel, not a luxury hotel. All our bathroom has an exhaust outlet for ventilation. Electric outlets are working fine and we have no complains about the electric sockets. We have given a hairdryer in the room , but not in the bathroom because we do not install electric socket in the bathroom. Getting a refund depends on the cancellation policy that is already stated before booking. You can check yourself whether it's a non-refundable booking or it's a flexible booking. And for the air-conditions, we have just installed new Panasonic Nanoe air-conditioned which has also anti-virus function (for covid) in January.And also, we have asked all our guests to contact if anything is wrong and we have maintenance staffs 24/7 to look after you such as AC not working properly, you can contact our reception and we will help you with that. 酒店正在装修，灰尘特别多，而且很不干净。
很满意。服务态度相当好
早餐非常用心，味道也很好，很满意。
住了差不多一周，非常舒适，没有任何不便。

房间设施齐全，布置精美。部分员工会说英语，而且总体来说都很乐于助人。酒店帮我安排了出租车去机场，但遗憾的是，到达后出租车司机却要价比之前商定的价格高出10000马克，我拒绝支付。屋顶酒吧是欣赏城市日出日落的绝佳地点，不过晚上音乐声有点大。
