酒店回复: Kia Ora,You booked and paid for your villa until 10 am (standard check-out time) on your departure date, a late check-out was not asked for in advance, nor was it available. We had new guests arriving on the same day, into the same villa, hence why check-out had to remain at 10am. The late check-out charge was appropriate given your forced and unsolicited late check-out, plus the added stress accumulated in the housekeeping department as they rushed to get the villa ready for the new guests arriving by 3pm. I'm sure you can appreciate that if you arrived at your villa on your arrival date and were told at 3pm that the villa was unavailable because guests that departed this morning demanded a late check-out, you would be pretty annoyed. We like to offer late check-outs wherever we can, however, we were physically unable to on this occasion with new guests arriving.
I had the most wired experience with this hotel . Three days after we checked out with my family, we received a mail from the hotel claiming that during our stay one of the dining chairs was stained and the hotel was unable to clean it , they need to replace the whole set of dining chairs (8 or 10) , and the cost is New Zealand $7056. Also the hotel claimed that the wall of car garage is slightly dented , we need to pay extra $150 repairing fees And 189 administration fees for this . the hotel took totally $7396 from my credit card . Actually we did not stain or noticed any stained of the chairs at the time of checking out or did not damages to the car garage as my car was returned to car rental without any scratch . It is simply robbery even if the chair was stained considering the exorbitant cost of $7056! My family traveled around the globe , and never had this happen to our life before . My recommendations is stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to have mental distress or financial blackmail! 我们一家在这家酒店有最离谱的经历， 我们离开酒店三天后收到酒店邮件说有一张餐桌椅子弄脏了，酒店不能清理这张椅子，要换全套餐桌椅（8或者10张），费用为7056纽币，其次车库墙壁据说有一点点擦碰，需要赔偿150纽币，以及189纽币行政处理费用。酒店从我的信用卡扣除了7396纽币。我们一家在离开酒店时没有弄脏或注意到弄脏餐桌椅或损坏车库墙壁，因为我的车租车还车是完好无损的。我们家庭全球旅游，从来没有这种离谱的经历。我的建议是，如果你不想遭受精神压力和经历损失的话，远离这家酒店。

太棒了！风景无敌！环境，设施一流！适合2-3家人一起。
我们已经提前交了房费，就是因为信用卡做担保的问题（试了好多遍都不行），让我们在寒冷的雪山底下从天亮等到天黑。又冷又饿足足有3个多小时。没有一点同情心和任何正常的酒店服务。打电话半天才有人接，携程也是有问题，他们还要通过另外一个中间商去预订这家酒店。给我们顾客造成极大的麻烦。
酒店位置非常好！视野开阔！私密性非常好！从早到晚都有不同的风景！房间很多，设施齐全。住在这里真有住家的感觉！
环境非常好，设施也很奢华。唯一的缺点是，如果不开车的话，位置不太方便。
超好的体验，酒店会提前发邮件沟通所有事宜，回复也很快
地理位置旺中带静，景观非常好
很棒的公寓，非常高端。下次还会再来。别墅设计感十足，真的很棒。
这家住南酒店没有前台，需要把信用卡信息发邮件给他们，需要押金1500纽币，我们在那里住了3个晚上，退房时间是上午10点，我们希望加点钱延迟退房到12点，他们不允许，10点多服务人员就进入房间开始收拾，让我们抓紧离开，我们收拾好11点多离开房间，酒店工作人员没有和我们沟通，直接扣了300纽币，作为延时退房费用。这家酒店没有诚信，随意扣除客户信用卡里金额，大家远离这家酒店。只认钱，不讲诚信。
入住第二晚，手臂上出现小红点，奇痒无比，房间有小跳蚤，卫生环境差
这家酒店适合家庭旅游或几个朋友一起。每个房间都有洗手间。客厅厨房单独一层设施很齐全，洗衣烘干机还有电梯都很方便。房间精致设施都很讲究，走路到皇后镇中心800米左右。但回来要爬坡。

房间舒适安静，环境优美，空间宽敞明亮，设施一应俱全，爬山非常方便。适合家庭或朋友出游租住。开车去城里也很方便。
