We apologise for the miscommunication when the staff knocked on your door early in the morning, and for any frustration caused during the refund process for the upgrade fee, which was processed in full. Regarding the bedding, our housekeeping team immediately replaced all linen to ensure guest hygiene standards were maintained. 这次行程很紧,提前几天订的,差一点就订光了。离开皇后镇镇中心走路15-20分钟距离。房间挺大的,非常安静。附近就有来往机场的巴士,对面就是湖泊,景色很美!
房间床比较窄,厕所排风扇与灯是一个开关,排风扇声音巨大。厕所面积比房间大😟。 铺床时没有检查电热毯开关直接压在床罩正中,睡觉特别硌。前台服务不热情,对中国人比较傲慢,没有中文服务。上午十点挂了打扫卫生牌子,下午三点都没有打扫。 入住体验很差。 不太会第二次入住了。
下午3点半checkin给了一间没打扫的房间,很失望
立刻马上去前台反应,让我等等,我就说能不能upgrade,因为房间很压抑 窗户只看得到园区内的风景 没有海景,是213B ,B的房间都是没有海景的。一定要选A哦 风景才好
后来没一会 前台告诉我没有房间了 然后还是让我稍等,等了一会告诉我可以换一间201B,打开房门不错哦 在第一间有侧窗 还能看见海景
避雷!皇后镇这家酒店,服务、卫生、诚信全崩盘!
满心奔赴皇后镇的湖光山色,却被这家酒店的离谱操作毁了整段旅程,体验差到刷新底线!提前预订时明确锁定同一间房,反复确认无需中途退房,结果到店后被强行告知“预订房型与实际不符”,想不换房就得额外付升级费——这波恶意捆绑消费的套路,让人大跌眼镜,分明是毫无诚信的圈钱行为!
无奈支付升级费后,工作人员亲口承诺“后续无需换房、不用重复退房”,结果全是空话!第二天清晨,还没到退房时间,就有服务员猛地敲门,大声催促我们退房,完全不顾及孩子还在熟睡。追问之下才知,他们同事间根本没有任何工作交接,把承诺抛到九霄云外,全程只顾粗暴催促,毫无职业素养!
更让人崩溃的是卫生状况:安抚好被惊醒的孩子后,竟发现小孩的被褥上沾着一块清晰的陈旧血迹!污渍刺眼又恶心,完全无视客人的健康安全,这哪是酒店,分明是毫无卫生底线的“黑点”!
最可气的是服务态度:发现血迹后找工作人员反馈,他们不仅毫无愧疚,连一句道歉都没有,全程冷漠敷衍;若不是携程客服反复沟通协调,升级费都要不回来。而酒店方退钱时姿态傲慢到极致,仿佛是对我们的“施舍”,没有半分歉意和改进的诚意。
皇后镇的美景再治愈,也抵不过这家酒店的糟心体验!高价订房换来的是虚假承诺、卫生堪忧、服务傲慢,每一点都踩在游客的雷区上。真心劝大家避雷,别让这家酒店毁了你的新西兰之行!
我本来第二晚和携程的客服沟通,结果就是第一晚的钱你们退给我,第二晚我不住了,你们直接退款,结果携程的工作人员等你们回复等了一天,都没有结果,我硬着头皮住的第二晚,携程的工作人员和你们前台沟通,你们前台无法无天,狂妄到回复你们没有经理,有任何事情都找前台,没人能负责投诉,你们可以和携程我的专属客服咱们三方电话英文沟通来核实你们当天和服务流程和态度,叫上新西兰旅游局,你们前台也太无法无天了,哪那么狂妄?!这事我和你们杠上了
整个新西兰之旅最满意的酒店 景观非常好 唯一的缺点就是没有电梯 一家三口的行李搬起来有点费劲 但房间无可挑剔
不错,房间布局比较好看,前台也比较热情,总体来说还不错。位置离镇中心稍微远点,走路的话要20多分钟。
酒店分为两层,每一层有两间客房。要是预订时能提前说明就更好了。
设施很干净,前台服务也很亲切。
环境:看不到湖,所谓湖景房角度特别差,失望
服务:看中了房间有厨房,但是没有电火锅,没有基础的油盐(什么都没有)后来住的六七百的都有这些。
设施:没有电梯,对带行李箱的游客非常不友好。
总结:这个价格很不推荐,房间除了大没有优点
1、前台就一个女生,我反复确认是否有电梯,需要搬大件行李,没有任何表示可以帮忙的意思。2、并且当天晚上浴缸的塞子也坏了,完全储存不了浴缸里的水,前台表示维修工人下班了,无法提供帮助。3、食品安全不能是服务垃圾的借口。想提供服务都可以有办法的。4、湖景非常差,一个小边,如果仅仅是我没有去主动沟通就给我一个景色很差的房间,我觉得仍然是十分不负责任的。综上:建议不要定,我看每个入住的人都满脸写着痛苦。
清洁服务人员把我们用牛皮纸袋装着的一些食品扔掉了。当我们告诉酒店员工时,他们除了道歉什么都没做,也没有提供任何赔偿。酒店有很多楼梯。停车费很便宜,一晚只需10新西兰元。房间住起来很暖和。
湖景卧室是开放式错层,进门是卧室,下去是客餐厅厨房,离皇后镇中心步行15分钟吧,不过有个大坡,不介意爬坡的可以选择,进出开车更方便。离机场的商业广场开车15分钟,有点塞车,机场附近有个黄超,买东西补货很方便,价格更低。去fishboat吃早餐也很方便。房间整体的view不错,还有个壁炉可以烤火,总的来说很推荐。
