不得不说是百年酒店,就连housekeeper大姐都精致的化妆戴珍珠耳环。早餐大厅非常气派
奔着老牌酒店预定了,结果服务太差了,连住两个晚上,第二天房间一直不给清扫。催了好几次,就只会说马上!但是保洁人员不到位! 服务人员一句中文也不会讲,前两天的洲际酒店服务人员还会说一两句蹩脚中文 如果希望更中国人过来旅行前台总要培训一下!总之差评,早餐也不如上一家好吃,就只有个竖琴表演!虚张声势!
酒店的地段非常好,步行几步路就是周边的红场,TSUM百货,GUM百货,猎人商行和地铁站。酒店的迎宾,行李,前台全都训练有素,热情,友善,积极。酒店房间暖气超级足,穿短袖就够了,感受非常好,下次过来继续入住,也会推荐朋友入住。
下次来俄罗斯还住!地理位置超好。这次终于去了非常美的早餐厅吃了豪华早餐!但是还是推荐新装修的房间,历史房间虽然漂亮但是设施都很旧了,不方便。
宾馆比较有年代感,建筑物本身历史悠久,内部设施还算可以,唯一就是房间窗外很压抑,象在天井里,在加上看不见太阳的莫斯科冬天,让人感觉郁闷。房间很迷你,二个人已经感觉拥挤,床还是一贯的俄罗斯风格,人大床小0.9宽。餐厅早餐不错,虽然菜品种类和中国5星酒店比少了很多,但相对质量还好。酒店最大的优势在于他的位置好,红场,大剧院步行溜达就过去了。 如果想订这个宾馆,最好提前确认好房型,以免分配到这种坐井观天型房间,也是这次入住的遗憾😔

这是一次难忘的假期,不仅因为酒店地处市中心,更因为在Metropol餐厅享用了早餐,让这次体验更加精彩。这真是一次美妙的体验,我们一定会再来的!
酒店很有文化气息,古老但不失现代。服务感觉是莫斯科住过的很全面的,拿行李,换房间,从不啰嗦。如果说酒店的设施稍微落后一些,细节的装修还需要再完善,但考虑到年代,以及酒店的服务,非常值得体验。就是请酒店看一下排风系统,晚上声音有点大,被动排风系统带着楼板有点声音。其他服务绝对高级。
刚走进莫斯科大都会酒店,我就被它那种又古典又精致的氛围给镇住了。感觉像一下子穿越回了一百年前,但同时又特别舒服,一点不觉得老旧。酒店的位置简直绝了,走路到红场和克里姆林宫也就几分钟,晚上从窗户就能看到对面大剧院亮灯的样子,夜景超赞。最让我惊喜的是早餐,在那个巨大的玻璃穹顶下面吃早餐,还有人弹竖琴,感觉自己像在电影里一样。感觉这里不只是个酒店,更像是莫斯科的一个历史地标。能住在这里,体验真的很特别。
非常满意,硬件软件都不错,前台英文流利,早餐也还能吃,去景点、外出吃饭、坐地铁、到处转悠啥的,近在周边,特别方便。送的巧克力非常好吃,可惜商店里没买到,不知能否告知品牌。
唯一的缺点是我们的房间临街,马达的噪音超级大。
还挺怀念的。
