Arrived at 9.45pm .Apparently kept ringing office that was closed.Emergency mobile number on front door not contacted.No valid phone number advised by Booking site that we could text instructions too.Sorry we do stay open all night.

酒店回复: Dear Anonymous, as per your booking reservation, reception hours are from 7:30am to 8:00pm. You failed to acknowledge our attempts to contact you via "Trip" during the day. Our attention was drawn to your arrival, from the noise you were creating in the carpark. As a result of your lack of communication re a late check-in, simple instructions were left for you on the reception door which you ignored. You then started banging on the reception door and continuously ringing the doorbell and the mobile phone number provided. Once the "old couple" (don't be so rude and disrespectful) answered the door, you finally comprehended the instructions and proceeded to your room. As you were fully aware that we were awake, and you had our mobile number, should there have been any concerns with your room, you knew how to contact us. There was ample opportunity for you to raise any concerns which you failed to do even when returning the key. From the photograph provided I can only depict the varying discolouration within the brick. We maintain a rigid pest management control program and have received no other complaints. Compared to our other reviews, your review is very uncharacteristic of our motel.
