Auch Ihre Anmerkung zu den Hochspannungsleitungen nehmen wir zur Kenntnis, auch wenn dies leider außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs liegt. Bezüglich des Frühstücks tut es uns leid, dass Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt wurden. Wir haben Ihre Rückmeldung bereits mit unserem Küchenteam besprochen und werden in Zukunft noch stärker auf eine konstante Verfügbarkeit aller Speisen und eine aufmerksame Betreuung achten. Auch der Hinweis betreffend der vergessenen Bestellungen beim Frühstücksservice ist wichtig für uns. Wir nehmen hier jede Kritik sehr ernst und werden entsprechende Schulungen mit unserem Team vornehmen, dass hinkünftig alle unserer Gäste am Morgen entspannt und zufrieden in den Tag starten können. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass der Service am Abend als auch das Abendessen an sich als positiv empfunden haben. We ended at Gut Stiluppe by chance and let me tell you it has been one of the best experiences we've ever had! The staff was superb and very helpful, food was delicious and the room was just on point. We also visited the pool and sauna area and it looked like a 5 star spa. We really had a great time at Gut Stiluppe and we are planning to go back.

The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity.
Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance.
I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities.

This is a beautiful and newly renovated hotel. All the staff were wonderful and attentive, Manfred leads from the front with his exuberance and professionalism and Chila on reception was lovely to chat to and made us laugh especially when trying to pull the door by the spa! 😝. The spa areas are fantastic with a mix of textile areas and adult only textile frei areas which accommodates all. The rooms are quirky and spacious and have lots of extras to enjoy. A really well thought out secure boot room is excellent. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk into the main town area but once we got used to the bus timetable it wasn’t a problem. The buses are annoyingly 20 minutes apart and stop just after 5pm but this is a Mayrhoven problem rather than the hotel. We had two dinners at the hotel both were excellent especially the six course New Years Eve meal which was a credit to the chef and the wait staff. This hotel will undoubtedly shine and we wish Manfred and all the staff the very best. I can highly recommend staying here…

The room was very clean and modern. We had a balcony with a very nice view. The food was very good, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help with out specific needs. The SPA area was very nice and the outdoor pool is also usable during the winter as it has a retractable ceiling.
