酒店回复: Kia Ora Julian,Firstly we would like to apologise for the negative experience during your stay here at Quest Atrium. We have passed my concerns to our Laundry contractor and they assume me that it is not excrement as all of the sheets go through a high degree of hot wash followed by hot steam iron. It was suggested that the stain could be fake tan that didn’t come off the sheets during the cleaning process. It is disappointing that both of our teams didn’t spot it during the quality control process.We also took the opportunity to remind our housekeeping team on our standards.

Our Studio Executive and One-Bedrooms have plenty of space, may I suggest you give those rooms a try next time you visit Wellington. We would like to apologise for the fire alarm test during your stay as this compliance task has affected your experience with us. Our hot water runs off cylinders and not continuous hot water. We have a 24/7 Onsite Duty Manager which can deal with these issues. 我们到达时已经很晚了,第二天早上,当我们把床单拉开整理好时,发现下面有一块棕色的污渍。因为我们急着要离开,所以没有做太多调查。然而,当我们再次深夜回来,拉开床单准备上床睡觉时,他们已经重新铺好了床,这次污渍在里面,应该会碰到皮肤。经调查,那是排泄物。他们不可能在之前的客人离开后清洗床单,只是重新铺好床,不仅为我们这些新客人,而且在第二天早上再次这样做,真是太恶心了。第二天早上,当他们得知此事时,他们回复说我们会回复您,仅此而已。令人震惊。如果我可以打零分,我会打,如果我没有提前付款,我也不会付钱。对我来说,这表明他们缺乏关注和关心。

热水炉容量比较细,4 人合住,需要安排洗澡时段,第一天未有经验,结果要挨冷水
提供的热水煲很残旧,煲盖已老化到甩粉,壶咀严重生锈,因为前台不是 24 小时,挨了一天晚,第二日换了个好一点的,勉强可用
相当不错
Quest Atrium 位于惠灵顿的黄金地段,但很难在大楼前找到停车的地方。如果您需要办理入住手续,酒店后面有很多停车位。房间足够大,但里面的家具太多了,尤其是空调机组位于阳台前的地板上。房间非常安静,因为房间面向内庭院。友好而乐于助人的工作人员给我留下了深刻的印象!!
