We had an absolutely delightful stay! Not only is the location perfect, with a knockout view, the premises is beautifully appointed. The special touches of quality binoculars and great little BBQ on the balcony set this place apart. The well stocked and affordably priced mini bar was a welcome (and tempting) feature. We had a most relaxing time.

Beautiful location looking out across the water. Very peaceful. On site EV charging facility made our trip stress free. Gary and Peter were excellent hosts and made sure our stay went smoothly. The Lindt balls provided were a wonderful touch. We didn't use any of the extras they offered but we knew they were available.

We enjoyed 2 nights at Driftwood. The cottage, S.S. Arcadia was beautifully furnished and gave an ambience of warmth and comfort. Gary and Peter have thought of and supplied everything a person could desire. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom including bidet toilet was great. A barbecue is available on the balcony and there is a stove/oven indoors for cooking as well as a microwave. The coffeemaker was great and there was an orange press with a supply of fresh oranges, which was a lovely touch. A highly recommended property overlooking the pristine water of Dover.

Outstanding and top quality! The holiday cottage was like no other in which we have previously stayed, with every facility you can imagine. Just three minutes walk to the waterfront and with safe off-street parking.

We had a superb stay at Driftwood over Christmas. A tree, a personalised stocking and a great welcome made for a very comfortable stay. I would thoroughly recommend.

In cannot fault our stay, Gary was very friendly and helpful, great service. The room was very clean, well maintained with excellent amenities. The vista from the room was impressive in a very quiet location. We will be returning to the Driftwood for a longer stay.

We stayed one night and had a cabin with bay view. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was exceptionally clean, decor modern and catered for everything you could possibly want. The team at Driftwood are very welcoming and communication was clear and friendly. Thanks Team.

We loved our stay at Driftwood, from the moment we walked in the door to find the cabin already heated and relaxing music playing. Cabin beautifully furnished and decorated with interesting local touches adding to our enjoyment of this great area of Tasmania. We'd driven down to stunning Recherche Bay in the morning and loved relaxing in the cabin enjoying the wonderful water view in the afternoon. Fabulous comfy bed. Relished the fresh orange juice made with the press and the great selection of teas and coffee etc. Looking forward to staying again. Highly recommended
