原本是奔着酒店地理位置离各大景点都很近而定的，结果却大大踩雷。首先，明明在酒店有空房的情况下，为什么分给我们一间油漆味道很重的房间，我们在里面仅待了二十几分钟就明显感到头痛，和前台两次交涉要换房不给换，只是在地毯喷香水和开窗的简单处理，这就是前台所说的try my best，到这里已经浪费了我们两小时时间，行程全部被耽误，后来找携程帮忙沟通，终于给我们换房，由于急着出去也没细细检查，闻着没有味道就接受了，哪知晚上回来的时候才发现这个房间根本没有打扫过，床品没换还有异味，护理包也是拆开来的，恶心至极…对我们极其敷衍，这就是他们所说的try my best！

距离奢侈品街很近，离主要景点也都在步行距离，非常便利。酒店餐食不错，房间内专门有免费的枕头菜单可选，睡的不舒服直接和前台说换了支撑脖子的枕头。
房间宽敞舒适，洗手间干湿分离，酒店的地理位置非常好，距离霍夫宫、斯蒂芬教堂名品街都很近，还有一个超市，酒店的服务人员态度都很友好，值得一提的是早餐丰富而美味，图中是酒店自制的蛋糕和我自拌的希腊酸奶，我们吃了5天都没有吃够。
我们在这家酒店住了两晚，丢失了差不多80欧元现金，体验非常差劲！！避雷
人果然不能毒奶，开始我们觉得这家酒店还不错，前台很热情，房间里还送了一份巧克力。但是，第二天我们吃完早餐回来后，一位态度冷漠的客房清洁人员敲了敲我们的门，问我们是否需要打扫。我笑着跟她说：
“谢谢，我们不需要打扫服务。”她一言不发地转身离开了，全程面无表情。
过了一会儿，我们收拾好出门去玩了，回来后，我们还特别惊讶地发现房间竟然被打扫过了，尽管我们之前明确表示不需要。但是，他们没有补充水，而且最离谱的是，直接把我的衣服直接粗暴的扔进了行李箱，一团乱麻，根本没有叠。
但这还不是最坏的。最后一天，我们收拾行李时，我们发现背包里钱包里的大约80欧元现金不见了，连硬币也不见了！我们每天都检查那个钱包，它一直放在房间里的背包里（我们从未拿出来过）。
我们找遍了所有地方，但什么也没找到。退房时我向前台报告了此事，但酒店管理层就仅仅对我们感到抱歉，没有办法提供任何帮助，在我们已经离开维也纳后，建议我们需要的话，可以报警😂
糟糕的酒店经历，希望大家可以避雷！
这家酒店位置很好，但客房清洁做得不太到位。酒店楼顶有25个蜂箱，它们在阳台的遮阳伞下筑了一个巨大的蜂巢。当我们要求清理这些蜜蜂时，我们感觉蜜蜂比客人更重要：他们敷衍了我们两天，一直承诺会处理，但蜜蜂们还在阳台盘旋了好一阵子。这种情况让人对酒店管理层印象大打折扣。下次我们会选择其他酒店入住。
在维也纳旅行期间我住在这家酒店。它最大的优点就是地理位置。去主要景点步行很方便，特别是离圣斯特凡大教堂很近，所以在那一带我们都步行。而且离Figlmüller餐厅和Demel咖啡馆也只有10分钟步行路程，非常适合去排队打卡😘
不足之处是酒店设施。卫生间的淋浴房排水不太好，水很快就积起来了。虽然第二天我们外出期间，房间打扫得很干净，但排水问题依然存在。导致我每次洗澡脚下都积着水🥲
尽管如此，这仍然是一家让我满意的酒店，优点远多于缺点。如果来维也纳不租车，我强烈推荐这家酒店👍🏻
酒店位于名品街旁，离霍夫堡步行三分钟，中央咖啡馆、黑死病纪念柱、斯蒂芬大教堂、圣伯多禄教堂等都在周围极近的距离。附近餐馆咖啡店多不胜数，大超市也在霍夫堡旁，购物吃饭再方便不过了。酒店房间干净宽敞，设施齐全，床品舒适，西式早餐品种还是蛮多的，现煎的Omelette很好吃。

一路的欧洲之行没想到在这里受到了区别对待，这不是我们第一次来维也纳，我们定的也不是最基础的房型，但是近三千的价格换来这样的待遇，真当国人是**么！
酒店地理位置绝佳，施特凡大教堂、博物馆和茜茜公主博物馆等所有著名景点都在附近！我们可以把买好的纪念品放回酒店，所以这里是旅行的绝佳基地！
房间也很干净，有浴缸。淋浴的使用方式刚开始有点难懂，但习惯后就好了。吹风机风力很大，头发很快就吹干了。最让我惊讶的是，尽管是二合一洗发水，但我的头发变得非常柔顺光滑。
办理入住时，前台工作人员的英语语速很快，我没听清，再次询问时她有点不耐烦，这让我感到有些不安。但其他工作人员都非常友善和乐于助人。
非常好的一次体验。在欧洲，可以住到交通及其便利，每个景点都可以轻松到达。美食周边全是。真的是好棒棒
酒店房间大，而且很安静，不吵。早餐很不错，很好吃。服务也挺好的，服务员都挺亲切的。酒店出门右转就是中央咖啡馆，排大队，没去。往左边走，紧挨着U3地铁站，去哪都非常方便。周围都是景点，走路很近。从火车站到这个酒店做U1地铁线，在史蒂芬大教堂那站下，然后走到酒店就行（路过黑死病纪念柱）。坐地铁去了美泉宫（皇室宫殿等）、美景宫（看画等作品），都很值得去。
