very clean property and staff are courteous and cooperative. It is in heart of Jayanagar and very near to lot of eateries and shopping centre.

I would like to inform you that the TV connection in my room is not functioning properly.

The hotel is located in a quiet tree lined neigborhood. infrastructure of the hotel is quite good and maintained well. the beds are too springy & bouncy. restaurant service is quite swift and efficient. improvements needed in the front office staff - they are not welcoming at all, quite smug and bordering on indifference. dont take heed of requests and dont get back with confirmation. i had asked to get the bed linen changed which i suspected that it was old. had to remind at least 3 times to get the job done. need to be trained to welcome guests. perhaps this is done for online booking customers. remember, we are business travellers and make a big chunk of the bookings & we have minimal demands and needs. there is no window to many of the rooms. the window is blocked with a building band opposite to the hotel - but that's ok. overall, if they improve the service and train the staff, this can be a very good

The property was good even location also close to jayanagar but bed was spring not good to sleep properly 😔 except this issue everything was fine. i stay twins nice property
